10 years had passed since Sombra's journey began under the guidance of Plo Koon. The bond between them had grown stronger, and the Kel Dor had become a trusted mentor and a cherished father figure to her. Sombra had blossomed into a remarkable young woman, her determination, intelligence, and strength shining brightly through her every action.

Throughout the years, Sombra had managed to reunite with Salvador from time to time. They'd share moments of laughter, reminiscing about old memories and creating new ones. Whether it was a casual drink or a lively dance, their connection remained strong, even as they both pursued their separate paths. Salvador's presence provided a source of comfort and joy, a reminder of a life outside the Jedi Order.

Yet, despite her efforts to move forward, the memory of Anakin still lingered in her heart. The pain she felt during that night 4 years ago, had never truly faded, and the absence of his presence weighed heavily on her. She found herself yearning for any news of his well-being, aching to know that he was safe and thriving.

Physically, Sombra had transformed as well. The once-young girl had matured into a woman with a fierce and commanding presence. Her curly hair cascaded down her back in long braids, her small padawan braid adorned with the bands of her many achievements. Her attire had evolved to reflect her growth and identity. Early on, she moved away from the traditional Jedi robes, since their missions necessitated disguise. Instead, she selected practical and common clothing. She often wore cropped shirts, paired with baggy pants that were tucked into sturdy boots. Her belt, a precious gift from her father, adorned her hips. It held Qui-Gon's lightsaber on one side and her own uniquely designed lightsaber on the other, a vessel containing the orange kyber crystal from her necklace.

Sombra's skills had flourished under Plo Koon's guidance. She had become a formidable warrior, mastering the art of wielding both lightsabers with ease. Her combat style was a reflection of her determination and adaptability, combining elegance and precision with raw power.

The galaxy had become her training ground, and Sombra had embarked on numerous missions, using her skills to protect and defend. Her heroics had garnered her a reputation, and tales of her courage and wisdom spread far and wide throughout the order. Plo Koon's guidance and her innate strength had sculpted her into a true Jedi, embracing the teachings of her mentor while forging her path.

On his end of the galaxy, Anakin had undergone a significant transformation. His once-bright blonde hair had deepened into a rich brown shade, and he had experienced a growth spurt that left him towering over even Obi-Wan. At 19, he had grown into a young man marked by determination, power, and a sense of purpose.

Anakin's relationship with Obi-Wan had evolved into a close-knit brotherhood, grounded in honesty and genuine care for one another. The experiences they had shared had forged an unbreakable bond and a deep trust.

Despite his growth and achievements, Anakin's heart still belonged to the memory of Sombra. The pain of that distant memory had not entirely faded, and his feelings for her had only deepened with time. He had grown into a young man filled with both longing and passion, a fire burning within him that was ignited whenever her presence graced his dreams.

Anakin's smile would light up his face whenever he thought of her, his heart racing with the mere thought of the girl who had captured his heart so many years ago. Her memory had become a beacon of light, guiding him through the darkness of his struggles and pushing him to be the best version of himself.

Anakin's attachment to Sombra was undeniable. Obi-Wan had recognized the depth of his feelings and cautioned him about the dangers of such an attachment. The years of separation had only served to magnify Anakin's emotions, turning what was once innocent affection into something more intense.

One day, as Anakin and Obi-Wan trained together, the older Jedi took a moment to address the bantha in the room. "Anakin," Obi-Wan began, his tone gentle but firm, "I understand that Sombra has held a special place in your heart for a long time. But remember, it's been a decade since you last saw her. Attachment can cloud your judgment and distract you from your path as a Jedi."

Anakin's eyes flickered with a mixture of frustration and longing. "Master, I can't just forget about her. She's a part of me."

Obi-Wan sighed, his gaze softening. "I'm not asking you to forget, Anakin. But your feelings for her have become more complex. You must be mindful of your thoughts and ensure they don't lead you down a dangerous path."

Anakin's jaw tightened, his fists clenching involuntarily. "I know what I'm doing, Obi-Wan. I won't let my feelings control me."

Obi-Wan placed a hand on Anakin's shoulder, his expression a mix of concern and understanding. "Anakin, I trust you. But I've seen the consequences of unchecked emotions firsthand. Promise me you'll be vigilant."

Anakin met Obi-Wan's gaze, his resolve clear. "I promise, Master."

As they resumed their training, Anakin couldn't help but cast his thoughts to the young woman who had left an indelible mark on his heart. He understood the caution, but he also knew that the love he felt for Sombra was a force that couldn't be ignored. The journey ahead would test his commitment to the Jedi Code and his own heart's desires.
