Part One: Chaos
Chaos wasn't by any means a cheerful person.
In fact, she was rather negative, preferring to broad in silence.
She had lived alone since she arrived in the village nearly four years ago, and she was now twelve.
She liked Konoha a lot, but sometimes she wondered about her future, could she really stay in this villager where everyone viewed her as an outsider?
Maybe one day she would leave the village, forge out her own path, find somewhere where they accepted her.
But today? Today she would be meeting her very first team, she'd just recently graduated from the Academy and was vaguely curious as to who she'd end up with.
She was hoping she wouldn't be on Ino's team, Ino's constant squawking drove Chaos up the wall sometimes.
Though she didn't think she'd mind if she ended up on Hinata or Shikamaru's team, she liked them, they were nice.
Though going off what she'd learned, Chaos guessed that Shikamaru would be on a team with Choji and Ino.
Chaos got up early that day, putting her thick black hair into a high ponytail, she considered putting make up on but decided against it, that was something for Ino to fuss over.
She jogged to the Academy, her thoughts spinning with possibilities.
Naruto went sprinting past, as if he had a herd of bulls on his heels.
Chaos sighed and picked up the pace, passing by the flower store as Ino came out, immediately Ino came over to jog along side Chaos, 'Good morning.'
'Hey,' grunted Chaos, not really interested in talking.
'You don't talk much,' Ino sighed.
Chaos shrugged carelessly, not interested.
'I wish you'd talk more, there isn't many girls in our class.'
'We won't be in that class after today,' replied Chaos shortly.
Ino turned her gaze to Chaos' body, 'How do you stay so skinny?'
Chaos cast her own gaze downwards, she was skinny, no one could argue against that, her collar bones were sharp ruts sticking out of her, each bone at least a little defined, her tank top hung lose, leaving space between her stomach and the fabric.
In all honesty, she only stayed this thin because of how much time she dedicated to training.
That, and it was in the way her father trained her, he trained her to be lithe, striking in an instant, smaller meant faster, smaller meant harder to catch, easier to strike out.
All her life she'd honed her skills as best she could, so she could strike before the opponant saw, and take them down, it made her deadly in practise, she didn't understand the concept of letting the opponant live, to her it was always all or nothing.
'Chaos?' it was Ino, at some point Chaos had stopped listening to the other girl.
Chaos turned her attention to the blonde.
'You zoned out,' pondered Ino, 'do you ever listen to anyone?'
'Conversation that doesn't involve missions or things to further this village aren't productive and I see no use in them,' replied Chaos.
Ino frowned, "That's the most I've ever heard you say in one go.'
They arrived at the Academy, Ino went running for the seat next to Sasuke and somehow managed to get it.
