3rd POV :
A ship can be seen from afar, sailing towards Dock 1 in Water 7. The huge Jolly Roger can be seen on the biggest sail of the ship. By the sight of that certain Jolly Roger, some of the shipwrights started to gather on the dock.
"THEY'RE HERE!!!!"
"SHE'S HERE!!"
"RISA CAME BACK!!"
The ship arrives at the dock as Hoshiko lowered the anchor using her power that made her arms into strong roots.
"Hello Everyone!!! I'm back! but just to get some materials." Risa laughs while waving her hand at them.
"Owh man, I was hoping you'd leave them and stay with us. You're one of the best shipwrights in Water 7!" A shipwright said as Risa jumped off the ship.
"Eh, I'm not planning on leaving, never. Anyways, why are there only a few of you guys working here right now? Where's the others?" Risa asked while the other crew members started to jump down from the ship one by one except their captain.
"Oh, You missed a lot of stuff! Basically , A boy with a straw hat and his crew saved this city from bad guys, including Lucci, Kafka, Kaku and Blueno who tried to kill Iceberg-san! Now most of the shipwrights went to find them with Iceburg-san."
The crew members' jaws dropped,"WHATTT!???"
"Wait... A boy with a straw hat...CAPTA-!!" Alcirah got cut off when she heard the sound of a small bell beside her.
"LUFFY! I'm so excited to meet him! It's been ten years!" Xuri grins widely, looking like her heart will burst in so much excitement.
"AHHH!!! WHEN DID YOU GET HERE?!" the crew and the shipwright except Alcirah exclaimed.
"What's a Warlord doing here?!"
"Isn't that White Flame Xuri?!"
"She looks hot."
Some pirates and shipwrights commented and Xuri grew annoyed. She immediately sent a threatening glare at them, after seeing them physically shiver or run away, she turned her attention back to the shipwright who was talking to them.
"Mr. Shipwright I've never met before, please inform us when they come back, okay?" Xuri kindly tells the shipwright.
"Yes Ma'am!" The shipwright saluted, shivering because he caught her threatening glare.
2 days later ...
A man with green hair and three swords ran through the alleys of the city. "CRAP, I'VE GOTTA TELL THEM!! LUFFY'S STILL SLEEPING, TOO!!" he exclaimed but unfortunately for him, he keeps on getting lost.
"Good God!! They came to arrest the pirates...even though they saved Iceburg-san!!" the citizens exclaimed.
A navy ship with a figurehead of a dog with a bone in its mouth sailed near the city.
"That's vice admiral Garp's warship from the headquarters!!"
" 'Garp' you mean...!!"
