Your boyfriends here mama." Smirked Ellie looking up from the toys she was playing with. as Julian walked in to clothes over bros.

"Where did you disappear to last night?" Asked Brooke "I was waiting for you in my bed."

"That's not funny." Said Julian smiling

"Yes, it is." Said Brooke "Check it out." She added holding up a jacket like the ones the ravens use to wear. "For the movie. What do you think?"

"Very authentic." Said Julian

"Well, not yet. I have to age them down a little and put some patches on them, but I've had some experience with letterman jackets." Said Brooke

"I'm sure you have." Said Julian smirking

"Oh, like you didn't have all the girls in your high school just begging to wear yours?" Teased Brooke

"No, I didn't play sports in high school." Said Julian "I never had a letterman jacket."

"Really?" Asked Brooke grabbing one off the rack "Well... Now you do." She said handing it to him.

"Did you make this for me?" Asked Julian

"No she made it for me." Ellie deadpanned a smirk on her face.

"Yep. And look at that. You lettered all four years in football. Not bad for someone who never played sports." Said Brooke

"Thanks, Brooke." Said Julian

"You're welcome." Said Brooke

"I'll see you later." Said Julian as Peyton walked in.

"Okay." Agreed Brooke

"Hi." Said Peyton

"See ya Peyton." Said Julian

"Really, Brooke?" Asked Peyton giving Ellie's hair a rub

"What?" Questioned Brooke

"You two are totally having sеx!" Said Peyton

"No, we're not." Said Brooke

"You so are! I can sense it!" Said Peyton

"Well, then, your senses are off, because we are not having sеx. And how much would you hate me if we were?" Demanded Brooke

"No, I wouldn't hate you. I mean, I know how he is." Said Peyton "He's smart, and he's charming, and he gets into a lot of beds with that little scoundrel grin of his."

"Yeah, I know that grin." Said Brooke

"All right, well, there's something else you should know." Added Peyton "The weekend that he broke up with me, he just jumped into bed with somebody else, okay? He flew off to Sundance, slept with some actress before I could even wipe away the tears, you know? It was all in the tabloids. And that's when I realised what a bad guy he is. You know, I just couldn't figure it out until then. So I want you to be careful, all right? 'Cause the second this movie's over, he's gonna be off on another movie with a new conquest. And before you know it, that charming guy with the sweet grin disappears. That's just who he is."

"Did you forget something?" Questioned Ellie as Julian walked back into the store.

"No. I just couldn't stay away." Said Julian "Is everything okay?"

"Yes. No. I don't know." Muttered Brooke

"Well, which is it" asked Julian  "yes," "no," or, "I don't know"?"

"I don't know." Said Brooke "Look, the last thing that I want to do is make it awkward between us, but I need to know something. Is this going anywhere?"
