"You're feeling warm and fuzzy in your new office, while I'm stuck in incompetent construction worker hell? I mean, it's like they're in slow motion." Brooke said talking to Peyton on the phone while her and Ellie watched the construction happening. "I'll admit that I'm enjoying doing something on my own... on my own for once. I can't wait to see Victoria's face when she sees... Speak of the devil. She's on the other line. Of course... Okay."

"I was just about to call you." Brooke said picking up to Victoria "Because I've decided to stay in Tree Hill a few extra days. We're opening a new store... Well... Home... I have to go..." Brooke hung up and jogged over to one of the workers who had a piece of the old wall with Karens quote on it.

"Excuse me. We're gonna keep this. This belongs here." Brooke told him leading his away.

"I promised my mum I'd send her a photo once you got finished destroying her café." Lucas said walking in.

"Okay, that's not fair. I hated doing it." Brooke said she pointed above his head. "But I kept the sign."

"I'll make sure I mention it in my e-mail." Said Lucas "So, what made you want to open up a shop here in Tree Hill?"

"Same reason you're coaching the Ravens. It's home." Said Brooke "And it's good to be home. What do you think?"

"I got to be honest... I think it's the perfect way to continue the legacy of Karen's Café. I'm just amazed at how quickly you got this place together. You're very impressive, Brooke Davis."

"Yeah, that's what they tell me." Said Brooke

"So, is it everything you imagined? Having your own fashion line?" asked Lucas

"Today it is." Said Brooke "Ask me again tomorrow."

"Well, what do you think?" asked a lady who had been showing Brooke and Ellie around her house

"I love the house, especially the furniture." Said Brooke "I love the coffee table." She added

"We found that in Greece two summers ago." Said the lady

"I want it." Said Brooke

"You... want the coffee table?" asked the lady confused

"I want everything... the house, the furniture, and if you can be gone in an hour, I'll throw in an extra $30,000." Said Brooke, the women obviously thought she was joking and Brooke gave her a smile.

"Enjoy your new house!" the woman said realising she was being serious, before picking up her cat.

"You didn't want Beasley, did you?" she asked looking worried .

"Can we keep the cat mama?" asked Ellie, Brooke shook her head

"No. You can keep Beasley." Said Brooke a look of relief covering the woman's face

"There's a roast in the oven." She added

"I love roast." Said Brooke "Bye."

"Brooke, this place looks great." Said Peyton walking into the store "Think, if I can't sign any bands soon, maybe I can get a job here?"

"I'm sorry, darling, you're not nearly bitchy enough to work in one of my stores." Said Brooke

"Oh, I don't know about that. I have references." Said Peyton ruffling Ellies hair who was sitting on the counter. "Just ask Lindsey."

"Dads Lindsey?" asked Ellie
