I'm on my way to Viana's cafe because all morning, all I'm thinking about is her. I can't get her out of my head since the first time I saw her.
She's so...I don't even know the term. Basta ang saya niyang kasama. The first few times that we encountered each other was pretty hilarious if we look back on it.
But now that I got to know her, I find her more endearing and sweet. She's so captivating!
Tuwing naaalala ko tuloy 'yung nangyari sa hotel, it makes me smile.
Flashback
I was about to lay down and call it a night when a set of loud and continous knocks disturbed the peace in my room. Sino naman 'yon? I'm not expecting anyone.
When I opened the door, a woman fell forward towards me and I instinctively caught her in my arms before she could fall face flat on the ground.
Wait...she's familiar.
"Hello? Are...are you okay?" I tried talking to her but I think she's too drunk to respond. Amoy na amoy 'yung alak.
I tried to fix her composure while pulling her in the room. Wala naman siyang kasama kaya hindi ko alam kung saan siya naka-room. Baka nagkamali ng katok.
I was able to bring her to the bed despite her drunk weight, and that's when I realized who she was.
Is fate playing with me or something? Siya 'to ah.
Bigla siyang kumapit sa braso ko kahit na nakapikit.
"Hey, are you okay?" I softly asked so I won't disturb her peaceful nap.
Nakaharang ang buhok niya sa mukha kaya hinawi ko para rin hindi mainitan. Saan kaya ito galing? Naka-robe pa eh.
I gently tapped her cheek to try and wake her up.
"Hmm?" She groaned, her face crumpling like a paper.
"What are you doing here, beautiful lady?" I grinned.
She slightly opened her eyes and stared at mine, catching me off guard. "Why are you..here?" Her voice is slurry, obviously, she's drunk.
"This is my room, sweetheart. Ikaw? Anong nangyari sa'yo?"
She closed her eyes back up, seemingly falling back into her deep slumber. It made me chuckle while I'm carefully untangling her hand from my arm. Kapit na kapit.
Tinitigan ko muna siya habang iniisip kung anong gagawin. Hindi ko naman mapapainom ng kape 'to dahil lasing na lasing. Hindi ko rin naman alam kung saan ang kwarto niya dahil wala siyang dalang key card o phone man lang.
Well, okay lang naman sa'kin kung makatulog siya dito. I don't mind.
Kinumutan ko na lang siya at hinayaan kong makatulog. Sa couch na lang ako, kasya naman ako do'n.

Morning came, and I was the first one to wake up. The beautiful lady is still asleep. Mahimbing na mahimbing.
Gano'n pa rin ang itsura niya, ni hindi yata gumalaw sa pagkakatulog. Hahaha!
"Good morning, beautiful! Mukhang malala ang tama sa'yo ng alak na ininom mo kagabi ah?" Bulong ko sa sarili habang nakatitig sa kaniya.
She's softly snoring, making me laugh.
As much as I want to watch her all morning, I have to get ready because I have work at 12 noon, sana magising na siya before that.
