Author's note: Part 23/??

The car ride was short. They didn't say anything during it, but the silence was comfortable. Khai held Third's hand, leaving it only when he needed to change gear. His eyes occasionally left the road and rested on him. Every time it happened, it was accompanied by a warm, radiant smile that made Third blush.

They parked in front of the familiar building, in which Third recognized his favourite restaurant. Khai got out of the car, ran around and opened the door for him. The gesture was surreal, but Third enjoyed the attention Khai was showering him with. It was something he dreamed of for a long time. As they crossed the parking lot, Khai's hand brushed against his a few times before the taller male found the courage to hold it. Their fingers intertwined. The feeling wasn't foreign to him, yet it felt different from holding Un's hand.

They stopped in front of the building entrance. Khai's hand slipped out of his hold. Third, almost whined at the sudden emptiness. Khai opened the restaurant door, walked inside and held them for him to enter. The waitress was at their side immediately. The girl was tall. Her chestnut hair was tied in a ponytail and reached the middle of her back. She had dark eyes and full red lips. Third, did not miss the size of her chest. He glanced at Khai, observing his reaction. The waitress was pretty, exactly Khai's type.

"How can I help you?"

"I have a reservation under the name Khunpol Krichphirom," Khai answered. He didn't show any sign of interest in her. Third, smiled in relief. Perhaps Khai didn't lie.

"Yes, follow me, please." The girl led them to their table. Khai pulled a chair for him to sit on, and Third had to admit, he played the role of the gentleman very well. The waitress gave them menus and left. Third was surprised she didn't try to flirt with Khai.

"How do you like the date so far?" Khai smiled at him from behind the menu.

"It's good. You are a real gentleman." Third, smiled back shyly. Khai seemed pleased with his answer.

"Wait for the next stage." He winked, making Third curious.

"Don't tell me you paid a band to play while we eat?"

Khai laughed at the idea before he spoke up. "I thought about the violinist. I know you like violin music. But they are hard to find and too expensive."

Third's eyes widened, and honestly, he was happy that Khai dismissed the idea of life musicians. It would be too embarrassing.
