Eight Moons Later

"Go again Pixie."

"But mom my arms hurt."

"If there's no pain there's no progress." She kneel infront of Pixie. "You're first child which means you're the next Chief after me and your father."

"But they say Tatsumi will be the Chief because he's a male."

"Listen. Anything a man can do a woman can do it too. Nothing was made for a man alone. You will be the next Chief and you'll be a good one. A strong woman become a great leader. Your father and I choose you."

"OK! I want to be as strong as you."

"That's my girl."

Althea stand.

"Position." Pixie take her position and they resume training.

Yeilk join them with Celeste. They say no more kids but Celeste wasn't planned. She's three and a daddy's girl.

Yeilk watch them trained. Pixie was improving greatly. She remind him of how Althea was. Very determined. She was almost keeping up with Althea.

"OK take break."

"OK." Pixie went off to join her friends.

"Where are the boys?"

"They went hunting with with the men. She's getting better."

"Mhm. A few words of encouragement can work marvelously. Hey baby."

"Hi mama."

"Celeste come here." Celeste excitedly pull away from Yeilk and ran to Pixie. As the baby of the family she was dotted on.

"We're raising a good woman."

"I don't like that boy she's hanging around with." The boy in question is Anes, a warriors son.

"Don't worry about that. Kelt has him covered. Kelt is Rubes son. The first one and he's very protective of Pixie. According to him Pixie deserve better.

Althea agreed. Anes is egotistic and someone with such an ego is not strong. He let his ego get the best of him most time.

In this world skill get you everywhere. If you don't have great skills them you're basically useless.

"Your nephew will beat him to a pulp if he makes the wrong move."

"OK then. Now let's go for our swim. No kids and more time for ourself."

"God yes. I need a nice dip."

They head off to the forest hand in hand. Eleven moons and still going strong. If she was back in her world she know for a fact that she wouldn't have been with someone this long. She's someone who like to get rid of the problem and she would have end whatever relationship she form as soon as there are signs of a problem.

Being here though her alot. Being around her tribe members show her what a family is. Having her kids make that family even greater.

They got to the lake and she strip before diving into the water. She was a great swimmer. All the lessons throughout the tears paid off.

Their little snake friend paid them a visit before disappearing beneath the water again. Over time more of them appeared but since they were harmless it didn't bother her.

"You're thinking hard."

"Just how happy I am to have met you and even happier to have a family with you."

"You make me a happy man." He kiss her head with a content smile.

Life was perfect and he wouldn't have it any other way.
