The ignorance that led to you

18. summer break (3)

Liam POV

I wake up with Amine in my arms, his face burrowed in my chest, sleeping peacefully. I look at the time and see it's 6 AM, I really need to go pee, but I don't want to disturb Amine, so I move very slowly. Once I am freed, I hear Amine mumble a soft 'stay.' I freeze for a few seconds and realise he's just talking in his sleep. I give him a quick peck on his forehead and go to the bathroom. When I'm done, I wash my hands and go back to my bedroom. I enter my room and see Amine sitting up on the bed.

'Goodmorning' I say, walking up to him. 'Why is it so dark?' he asks, looking out the window. ' I don't know, maybe because it's around 6 in the morning?' 'huh? how is it so early? I normally don't wake up until like 11.' 'I don't know, do you want to eat something?' I ask while taking my shirt off to change. I don't get an answer, so I look at Amine and see him staring. 'What? You're acting like you haven't seen me half naked before.' 'Can't I just admire my boyfriend and his delicious abs?' he says, still staring. I put a shirt on and go downstairs to make something to eat. I just finished making some crêpes when Amine walks in the kitchen (wait for it) wearing MY hoodie! Omg he looked so cute!! Like a little baby, my baby. 

After eating, we started talking about school since it's almost starting. We talked about when we would meet and where, we also talked about our future, not particulary our future but what we want to be when we're older, where we'd want to live, how we think we will be as people, and also ofcourse incase that we would break up, what the reason would be. This topic was harder to talk about because I don't see us breaking up and I also don't want it to happen, but if it does happen that one of us loses feelings or something like that then I would want us to break up and not stay in a relationship. After we were done eating I cleaned up the mess we made while Amine went to change in more normal clothes since he decided we're going out. 

After we both changed we looked at the bus plan and  decided we aren't going to wait 45 min for the next bus so we put on our jackets, got our bikes and went to Hasselt centre. Since it's only 8 AM now, basically nothing was open yet, so we stopped at the stadpark near the centre. When we arrived, we sat down on a little bench and started talking again. After talking for a while we decided to walk around a bit, on our walk we met some people who were walking their dog and got to talking, after exchanging instagram accounts we got on our merry way back into hasselt to get something to eat. We decided to enter the panos shop and get two healthy sandwiches, while I was ordering our food Amine got a call from his mom reminding him to be home by 6. after getting our sandwiches we went into some stores. 

We shopped untill 1 and ate at mcdonalds for lunch, I really enjoyed spending time with Amine. I just love the way his eyes sparkle when we pass the waffle schop, the way he always asks a ogowner walking their dog if he can pet them, the way he gets nervous when seeing people from school even if they don't know eachother but he's seen them in the buidings. I love the way he tries everything in his power not to let me pay for his stuff but accepts defeat after five minutes. I just love him

Thats  why I don't really know how to break it to him that I'll be changing schools...
