HB S2E1: The Circus

*3rd person pov*

The episode opens with an exterior shot of the Goetia mansion. Cut to Young Stolia asleep in her bed, surrounded by stuffed animals while hugging one resembling a demonic Max from Sam & Max. Stolia wakes up, yawns, and smacks her lips.

Stolia (Young): *Eyes shoot open in realization and sits up* "My birthday, my birthday! It's my birthday!"

Stolia leaps out of the sheets and lands on all fours on the floor. She runs off to her dressing room, arms raised in excitement as an Imp butler walks into view to attend to her.

Stolia (Young): "Yaaaay! Birthday, birthday! WOOHOO! Birthday tiiiiime!"

Mister Butler opens a tin of hair gel and begins applying it to Stolia.

Mister Butler: "Calm yourself, young princess. You know excitement is unbecoming of a Goetia."

Stolia (Young): "Oh! *Calms down* Right."

Stolia takes a deep breath to calm herself. As Mister Butler walks off to retrieve Stolia' vest and cape, returning to put them on her.

Stolia (Young): "But, Mother told me, today is the day, I am old enough to know my purpose and responsibility!" *Eyes sparkle with glee*

Mister Butler: "Of course. *Places a crown on Stolia' head* I'm sure it will be wonderful."

Stolia follows the butler out of the dressing room down a large hallway. The wall is lined with four giant pictures of Stolia at various prior ages. The first shows Stolia in her egg, sat upon a pillow and topped with a crown. The second shows her as a hatchling swaddled up in her crib, her swaddling cloth held together by a pin bearing the Goetia family insignia. She is accompanied by the demon Max plush seen earlier and a star shaped pillow. The third shows her as what can be assumed to be a toddler, smiling as she hugs the demon Max plush. The fourth and final shows her in her current on-screen appearance, hugging the demon Max plush as an unknown creature drips green slime on her head.

Scene cuts to Stolia and the butler standing in front of large double doors, which open to reveal a throne room. Paimonia, Stolia' mother and queen of the Ars Goetia, is seen sitting on the throne in her monstrous black demon form. She stands up, her form shifting to display various demonic creatures as she transforms into her normal, bird-like self. The butler walks over to Paimonia and stands next to her as Stolia approaches her mother.

Paimonia: "Ahhhh! There is my little, uh..."

Stolia smiles gleefully up at her mother.

Paimonia: *Whispers to butler while pointing at Stolia* "Which daughter is this one? There's so fucking many."

Mister Butler: "Stolia, your highness."

Paimonia: "Stolia! Yes! Ha! Right, right! *Chuckles* That's the one! *Begins walking toward Stolia* The owl girl."

Cuts to Paimonia standing in front of little Stolia.

Paimonia: *Leans toward Stolia, surprising her* "Well, my little one, *Stands upright and walks behind Stolia* it is finally your day of becoming a true part of the Goetia family. How good for you. Are you ready to know what you'll be meant to do to serve Hell?"

Stolia (Young): "Yes, Mother!"

Paimonia opens some kind of portal to the cosmos as she speaks, showing Stolia the stars she is meant to study. Two comets, blue and pink, respectively, fly out of the portal and up out of view.

Paimonia: "You will be entrusted with the study of the Earth's skies, the stars, the prophecies they hold, all that stuff. *Closes the portal and summons a grimoire* Isn't that fun? You will begin the studies of your grimoire, which will grant you access to the mortal realm to study and observe, *Levitates the Grimoire to Stolia who is bouncing with excitement* and you will grow to be a mighty Princess of Hell, with your own legions to lead and pass on your knowledge to!"
