Lexi's Mom: Your so in love with him!!!
I blushed hard.
Lexi: How can I love him?! We just met!!!!
Lexi's Mom: It doesn't matter when you met. Your face of redness says it all!
Lexi: So, tell me why your nervous about the sleigh ride? I know it's not just about losing old magic memories. I think something happened between you and Nicholas.
Mom was blushing hard. I looked stunned and surprised.
Lexi: Mom since when you blushed??!!
Lexi's Mom: Umm I guess I'm excited for the sleigh ride.
Lexi: More like your excited for Nicholas!
Mom looked away and kept more blushing.
Lexi: Oh my gosh Mom!!!! Did you two....
She interrupted me.
Lexi's Mom: Kissed? Yes, we did.
Lexi: Wow way to go Mom!!! So that's why your nervous about the sleigh ride.
Lexi's Mom: More like scared.
Lexi: Why scared? Are you afraid to date again??
Lexi's Mom: Oh no nothing like that! It's just if I do fall in love again, I don't want my love for your father to fade away.
Lexi: That won't happen Mom and I think Dad wants you to be happy.
I understand why Mom was feeling like that. If she ever got remarried, I would be happy for her but in our hearts, we know that Dad will never be replaced. It will be hard to have a new man in the family when that comes. It might weird and different. I'm pretty sure Dad will understand and want us to be a happy family again.
