A Coffee Haven Sonata

One frost-kissed eve in the corner of the coffee haven,
Four charming teenagers, perched on high, like Twilight's raven.
Two in ebony attire, one in floral hue,
The other in rosy blooms with a cap, a vibrant view.

One was telling a tale in a hushed tone, with elegant trace.
An interesting story, I think, as eager listeners lean in grace.
As I found my place, a surprise took flight!
Their laughter echoed in the air, a symphony of delight.

I smiled at their joy, their friendship was so sweet.
As I flipped through the pages, I glanced at their seat.
Before them, empty glasses and plates shared delight,
The pitcher is a riddle, its contents hidden from sight.

In the cozy and comforting atmosphere of this coffee shop,
A scene painted in friendship, moments never stop.
While the poet was a lone soul, having a me time.
Savoring the view of the night, in quiet unwind.
