How are you all buns!? I missed you all. Did you missed me!?

The air in the office was tense and quiet, with only the sounds of papers shuffling and typing on keyboards breaking the silence. No one was gossiping; they were all focused on completing their pending work, knowing that the boss would be reviewing everything in an emergency meeting called unexpectedly. It was unusual for the boss to call such a sudden meeting, as they had only been informed last night.

The atmosphere shifted dramatically when sharp, rhythmic footsteps echoed through the office. Jungkook scanned the room, but there was no sign of the person he was looking for. As soon as the employees saw him, they hastily stood up, bowing and greeting him. Jungkook merely nodded in acknowledgment, his face devoid of a smile. His lack of warmth made them uneasy, their nerves frayed by the looming sense of urgency and the uncertainty of the meeting. They couldn't help but think that the boss had called this emergency meeting for something very serious.

In the meeting room:

Jungkook began, his tone firm and decisive, "So, we are here to discuss the new product that we are about to launch this Christmas! I have decided to change the entire product design and details. I want you all to create the new design by the end of this month. Let me show you what I envision for the new product."

He presented the new design himself, as his secretary was unavailable, handling the task with a level of precision that left no room for error.

Jungkook continued, "As you all can see, this project is going to be very different from anything we've done before, so I want a project that is truly out of the box. I hope you all agree with this?"

The team, clearly excited by the innovative challenge, responded in unison, "Yes, sir!"

"Good!" Jungkook said, his expression serious. "Now, the most important thing: no one is to discuss this project with anyone outside this room. This is going to be our secret product. You can only discuss it with your team members. I do not want any security guards or anyone not present in this room to know about this project. If I hear of anyone discussing the project with outsiders or making noise about it in the office, you will be fired. I hope I am clear!"

His stern warning left no room for misunderstanding. The gravity of the situation was palpable, and the employees nodded in understanding, their minds racing with the implications of the tight secrecy and the high stakes involved.

All of them were shocked and surprised by the new side of their boss, but they agreed without question, knowing that Jungkook was their superior. No one dared to ask for further clarification.

"You all can leave now. Mr. Kim Namjoon and Mr. Kim Seokjin, stay here. The rest of you are dismissed!" Jungkook's voice carried authority and finality.

Namjoon and Seokjin were the only ones Jungkook trusted in this difficult situation, having previously risked their lives to protect him. Jungkook knew they both saw him as their "maknae" (youngest). Once the room was clear, he led them to his private office—a secure space accessible only by his fingerprint.

"Only you two are the ones I trust in this situation, so please help me get to the real mastermind behind this whole plan," Jungkook said, his voice earnest and filled with concern.

Jin shook his head and replied, "It was me who called you that afternoon. We were already suspicious of Jiwan from the start, but we didn't have enough proof to justify our concerns. Once we had a solid lead, we reached out to you."

Jungkook's eyes widened in surprise. "You both should have told me beforehand. I would have trusted you even without any proof!"

Namjoon smiled warmly and ruffled Jungkook's hair. "Oh, bunny! We didn't know our bunny trusted us this much!"

Jungkook pouted at the comment. He felt slightly embarrassed, knowing Namjoon was teasing him about how he had never shown how much he trusted them, especially since he had always kept his professional demeanor.

"Don't pout, you rabbit! You were the one who missed our reunion last month! After leaving the orphanage, you acted like you'd forgotten about us," Jin said, feigning anger at Jungkook's innocent expression. Namjoon chuckled at their playful banter, enjoying the lighthearted moment amidst the tension.

Jungkook sank to his knees and said, "But hyung! I didn't have time! The business trips and meetings exhausted me every time, so I couldn't make it to the reunion."

Jin patted his head gently. "It's okay, bunny. We understand. Now, let's discuss the plan, shall we?"

Jungkook nodded, and Namjoon and Jin went over all the suspicious events they had noticed over the past few months, including the involvement of other employees in the conspiracy.

Later that evening, when Jungkook returned home from the office, he saw Taehyung waiting for him at his door. Taehyung looked pale and tired, which made Jungkook's heart sink with worry.

He smiled warmly and approached the boy, asking with concern, "What happened to you? Why do you look so sad?"

Taehyung shook his head, indicating it was nothing, and then hugged Jungkook around the waist, burying his face in the crook of Jungkook's neck.

Jungkook sighed, gently ruffling Taehyung's hair. "Let's go inside and talk."

Taehyung nodded, reluctantly breaking the hug to let Jungkook open the door. Once inside, Jungkook asked Taehyung to give him a minute to freshen up, as he was sweaty and tired. Taehyung agreed and took a seat on the couch in the living room.

As soon as Jungkook joined him on the couch, Taehyung immediately snuggled up to him, hugging him tightly.

"What happened to my bear? Why are you so sad?" Jungkook asked softly.

For a few minutes, Taehyung didn't respond, but then Jungkook heard the faint sound of sniffles, which made him panic. He tried to pull away gently, but Taehyung clung to him, not letting go.

Jungkook tried several times to break the hug, but Taehyung's grip only tightened, pressing him closer. Jungkook's heart ached, knowing this was the second time that day his bear had cried.

It might seem surprising for a man to cry, but Taehyung was still a teenager. Even though he was growing up, he still sought comfort and safety from someone he trusted deeply. A man's emotions often find solace in a person who makes him feel secure, whether it's anger, sadness, or joy. It can be a mother or someone else who becomes his safe haven.

"Are you okay now? Do you want to share?" Jungkook asked, feeling the hug starting to loosen. But instead of a response, he heard soft, cute snoring sounds.

He smiled softly, laying back on the couch with Taehyung sprawled on top of him like a small, tired child. Jungkook kissed Taehyung's forehead and whispered, "Rest, my bear. This world is too cruel for your kindness."

He smiled and slept off with taehyung in his embrace.......
