"Reuben? Reuben?" Brill calls as he swims around, trying to find him.

Brill hears someone sniffling and crying and finally finds Reuben underneath the rubble of rocks.

"Reuben! Don't worry. I'll get you out of here...," he said, trying to remove a rock, "...slowly. I will get you out of here slowly."

He removes the rock and swims inside to try and find Reuben.

"Oh, no. What happened?" he asks.

"Getting the Trident was supposed to make things better, but all I did was ruin everything. My mom was right. I should have just gone home like she said... ...gone back to hiding and stayed small," Reuben says defeated

"What? No. Reuben, that's not what your mom meant. I promise," Brill reassures.

"You weren't there," he says.

"Well, I may not know a lot about a lot, but I know my sister. Growing up, I was so proud to be her brother. She was powerful, confident. Everyone loved her. But then she left, and I could never understand why she chose to leave the ocean until I saw the awesome life she created on land. And I realised, your mom chose her own path. She chose you," Brill says.

Reuben closes his eyes and starts to glow as he tries to remove the rubble from himself as Brill swims out. Reuben struggles for a bit, but eventually break free from the rocks and is now glowing brighter than ever.

"It's time to destroy that Trident once and for all," Reuben says.

"Yeah! Go get him, kiddo!" Brill says as Reuben shoots out of the water.

"I'll be right there. Don't wait up, though," Brill says as he swims slowly.

Valdimar fights Grandmamah while Arista tackle Agatha.

"You don't have to do this, Arista," Agatha tries to persuade.

"You don't understand, I have to!" she yells.

Agatha pauses as Arista looks at her with tears.

"My sister...," she tries to say.

Agatha gasps in realisation before being slammed in the gut by the trident and pushed over to where her mother was.

"Oh, it feels so good to be back. And this time, I'm getting rid of you for good," Valdimar said pointing the trident at the two.

"Stay away from my mother!" Reuben yells as he appears from the waters.

"Reuben Gillman?" Valdimar asks in surprise and slight amusement.

"Pause. Rewind. Reuben?" Margot says.

"You should be dead," Valdimar says, attacking.

"Picture this. Quirky guy fulfils destiny by foiling fake friends!" he yells, tussling with the Valdimar for the trident.

The two continue to fight and tussle for the trident. Reuben uses his armour to stop Valdimar from hurting him with the trident. Valdimar hits Reuben away with his tail, causing the prom boat to sway and the lights to go out. Valdimar laughs until he is hit with a dodge ball.

"Leave my brother alone," Sam says.

Valdimar goes to grab the two when suddenly, a house is thrown at him. He looks up to see Arista, looking as if she had just thrown something and she smirked at her direct hit.

"So the mouse wants to play?" Valdimar comments.

"Aw, yeah. That's what I'm talking about," Doug cheers.

"Doug, that's our house," Janice panics, looking through the telescope.

"Enough with these childish games," Valdimar says as Reuben tries to attack him, only for him to be lifted up in the air and slammed into the water.

"I hate high school," Valdimar says.

Reuben causes a large wave that was headed straight for the prom boat.

"If this is our end, then we'll face it unafraid!" Bliss said as she stood on the railing of the boat.

The force of the water caused the boat to fall backwards and everyone screamed. Before the students could be drowned, Arista grabbed the boat and held it above the water. As she put the boat down, everyone cheered for her and smiled a bit.

"Arista, behind you!" Margot yelled.

She turned around, but it was too late. Valdimar swung the trident at her, sending her into the sea, and knocked unconscious. Reuben tried to sneak up on him but was hit into the water and was being held down by the trident.

"You'll never win, Reuben Gillman. You're just a dumb teenager. You know what's really pathetic? That you thought someone like me could ever be friends with a monster like you," Valdimar said.

"I am not a monster. I'm a kraken," Reuben yelled as he shot a laser at the trident, causing Valdimar to drop it.

Reuben took this as his opportunity to escape and dove into the water. He grabs Arista's hand and pulls her to the shore where her mother and grandmother look at the girl in worry. She suddenly coughs out some water and Reuben sighs in relief as she smiles a bit.

"Mom, we need to shoot the Trident together," Reuben says.

"No, it-it can't be destroyed. That's... that's why I hid it," Agatha explains.

"We can do it if we join together at the same time. It's the exponential growth formula. We've got to shoot it more and longer. Trust me, I'm a mathlete," he smiles at her.

The moment is short lived when they hear Valdimar yell and Reuben shields his mother and rolls her away from him. The trident gets stuck in the lands as Valdimar tries to pull it out.

Reuben and Arista block the two women from harm, and when Valdimar tries to strike again, Reuben shoots a laser at him, making him stagger back.

"It doesn't have to end like this. Just give up the Trident," Reuben says.

"You'll never get this away from me," Valdimar says, pointing it at him.

"Maybe I can't, but we can," Reuben said as his mother and grandmother stood next to him and started to shoot lasers at the trident.

Reuben grabs his mother and grandmother's hands and they're powers merge to destroy the trident.

"No!" Valdimar yells in anguish as the trident explodes and a green smoke and dust is emitted.

The three krakens emerge victorious as everyone cheers.
