Summary: People start to believe that Taylor is dating Travis Kelce, when in reality, she's dating someone else (I'm absolutely loving Traylor, but I thought I'd make this just for laughs) -------------------- You just pulled into the parking lot of your apartment complex with Taylor in the passenger seat. You and Taylor had just gone out to see the Bears vs. Chiefs game, the Chiefs winning by a longshot.
"That was an amazing game," Taylor commented as she got out of the car with you.
"Yes!" You agree excitedly. "Tonight was the perfect night to bring you to a game."
Taylor giggled at your cuteness and excitement as you walked into the building. The two of you made small talk as you waited for the elevator. You opened Instagram and smiled at all of the videos surfing across social media of Taylor cheering on the Chiefs, and a few of her hugging you closely after Travis Kelce's touchdown.
You smiled and giggled at the videos as you liked them and added some to your favorites.
The elevator dinged and you stepped out with Taylor as she followed you to your apartment.
"God, I'm exhausted," Taylor groaned as she kicked off her shoes and flopped down on the couch.
You giggled at her before making your way over to the couch, lifting her feet to make room for yourself to sit and placing her feet back in your lap.
You lightly brushed your thumb across her leg as you continued to scroll through Instagram.
"Oh my god," you giggled as you came across probably the thenth headline reading the same thing.
"What is it?" Taylor asks, sitting up to see your phone.
"So many people are thinking that you went to the game to see Travis and that you're dating him," you continued to giggle.
Taylor giggled as well, moving to rest her bead on your shoulder. "Well, it'll come as a real shock when they figure out that I'm actually dating his little sister."
You laughed even harder at her comment, leaning your head on hers as you both entered a fit of giggles.
You had only been dating Taylor for about three months and neither of you were ready to make your relationship public due to the amount of people who would become extremely invasive on your lives.
Instead, you decided to just keep quiet and laugh off all of the ridiculous rumors.

Four months later
You and Taylor had been dating for seven months now, and the rumors about her dating your older brother did not die down.
In fact, they got worse.
Of course, Taylor spent a lot more time around your family, including Travis, so people tried to connect the dots, but they were headed in the opposite direction.
You were sitting inside Taylor's house, visiting for the weekend, when you came across even more of her fans' speculations about her and your brother.
As much as it made you laugh seeing everyone start awfully wrong rumors, it was getting tiring seeing so many people say that your girlfriend and Travis were "meant for one another" and that they were the "It" couple.
You sighed as you continued scrolling, seeing headline after headline, catching Taylor's attention.
"What's wrong?" She asks, scooting closer to you on the couch and wrapping an arm around you.
"It's just so frustrating and tiring to see everyone saying that they want you and my brother to be together and how good you guys would be," you tell her. "It was funny at first, but now I just feel bad knowing no one wants to see us together."
"Oh, honey, don't feel bad," Taylor immediately comforts you. "It's getting tiring for me, too. Trust me, as amazing of a guy Travis is, I would never date him." You both laugh at Taylor's comment, brightening your mood a little. "Do you want to go public?"
You look up at her with unsure eyes. "Are you comfortable with that?"
"Yeah, I'm okay with it if you are," she assures you. "I know I'm used to the constant negativity, but I don't want to bring you into that if you're uncomfortable with it."
You smile at her and lean up to press a sweet kiss to her lips.
"Okay," you smile at her. "Let's do it, then."
She giggles as you pick up your phone and open Instagram to create a post.
The two of you spend the next few minutes going through your camera roll to find a good picture of the two of you and type out a caption.
You read the caption over together before smiling and hitting post.
