The morning sun cast its golden rays across the training grounds of U.A. High, signaling another day of rigorous hero training. Aizawa, wrapped up in his sleeping bag, announced, "Today, you'll be paired up. Training will focus on improving coordination and partnership."
Whispers and hopeful glances were exchanged among the students. Kaminari, with a mischievous grin, nudged Mina, "We should totally make Bakugou and Todoroki pair up."
Mina's eyes sparkled with mischief, "Oh, that's evil. I love it!"
Soon, a covert operation was underway. Jiro 'accidentally' tripped, pulling Kirishima away just as he was about to partner with Bakugou. Uraraka, using her quirk, made Sero float away, preventing him from joining Todoroki.
Before Bakugou and Todoroki knew what was happening, they were the only two left without partners. Mina, barely containing her laughter, said, "Looks like you two are together. Good luck!"
Bakugou shot her a glare that could melt steel, but she just gave him a thumbs up, her grin widening.
The two rivals stood face to face. "This is ridiculous," Bakugou grumbled.
Shoto, ever the calm one, simply replied, "Let's just get this over with."
The training commenced. At first, it seemed the duo was working together, their quirks complimenting each other. Fire and ice, explosions and calm. But as the minutes ticked by, the tension grew palpable.
Suddenly, in a burst of frustration and perhaps embarrassment from the recent events, Bakugou launched a surprise attack on Shoto, screaming, "Why did you even ask me out?!"
Caught off guard, Shoto was quickly defeated. He lay on the ground, slightly singed, his uniform smoking. Bakugou loomed over him, his chest heaving. "Just give up on me, Todoroki. I don't like you."
Shoto, though defeated, managed a smirk, "Is that why you're blushing?"
Bakugou's face turned even redder. "I am NOT blushing! It's just hot from the explosions!"
Shoto chuckled, trying to sit up, "Bakugou, I like you because I see something in you. It's okay if you don't feel the same. But don't tell me who I will find better. That's my choice."
Bakugou looked away, his expression softening slightly, "Whatever, Icyhot."
Kaminari, watching from the sidelines, commented, "That's the most intense training session I've ever seen. And also the most dramatic."
Mina, wiping away a tear of laughter, replied, "Best. Pair-up. Ever."
Despite the emotions and chaos, one thing was clear - the relationship between Bakugou and Todoroki was anything but ordinary.
