Azuki's POV

Today, my colleagues Akanji, Ckykau, and I were assigned a challenging mission that we must all work together to accomplish. In the past, I have always preferred solo missions since they are quick and efficient, but today we have been tasked with rescuing the entire town from the shadows without causing any damage to the surrounding area or ourselves. This is a daunting task that will require a lot of planning and teamwork. Collaborating with others in a team setting can be a fulfilling experience, but it can also present its fair share of challenges. One of the most frustrating obstacles that can arise is when certain team members are not actively contributing to the group's goals. This lack of participation can be a source of discouragement and even lead to demotivation among team members who are putting in the effort. It is important to recognize that this type of behavior can have severe consequences, potentially jeopardizing the success of the project and putting everyone at risk. Ultimately, each team member needs to take their role seriously and contribute to the collective effort to ensure the best possible outcome.Amidst the difficulties and hurdles that may come our way, my unwavering commitment to fulfilling our mission and ensuring the safe rescue of every individual remains steadfast. I am fully willing and prepared to contribute my best efforts towards this cause, while also motivating and inspiring my fellow team members to do the same. With persistent determination, effective communication, and a collective sense of accountability, I am confident that we can surmount any obstacles and attain our desired outcome.As we arrived in the town, it seemed deserted which was strange since we were supposed to be evacuating the residents. Suddenly, Akanji's phone beeped, and she looked furious as she read out the notification, "Change of plans, girl. You will be fighting the shadow."

Ckykau appeared to be shocked and quickly drew her kunai. She pointed at a shadowy figure and exclaimed, "There it is!" As we looked at the shadow, we noticed that it had a female appearance and was adorned with demon horns. What caught our attention was the text written on its cheek which read, "Ranked 51/100." Suddenly, the shadow lunged towards us and we quickly got into a fighting stance.

I swiftly unsheathed my scythe and evaded its assault. Irritated as usual, I charged towards the figure, which promptly teleported to Akanji and inflicted a cut on her cheek causing it to bleed a little bit.

Akanji attempted to attack the shadow with her stilettos, but it dodged and delivered a strong kick to her stomach making her cough up blood, leaving her slightly annoyed.The shadow moved to finish off Akanji as both Ckykau and I rushed to intervene.
