I'm not an idiot; I know I'm not the prettiest girl, and just want to stay normal. But here I am, running out of the forest with Akanji, trying to escape a Shadow Hunter who's chasing us. "We're not Shadows!" I think to myself with fear and confusion. Why are they after us? I can feel my heart beating at a rapid pace as I run, feeling exhausted but refusing to stop until we're safe. I wonder what awaits us once we're caught.
After a treacherous escape, we found ourselves drenched and exhausted, having fallen off a bridge and managed to survive with only a few scratches. With mud and water still clinging to our bodies, Akanji declared, "Fuck, I don't want to keep running any longer." Despite the hardship, we slowly climbed out of the lake and onto the muddy shores, eager to take a moment to rest and catch our breaths.
"Are you okay, Chibi Ykau?" Akanji asked me as we both climbed out of the lake and began walking home. The sun was setting, so I replied, "Let's go home." We headed our separate ways, and as I entered my home through the window, I wanted to video-called my girlfriend to tell her about the day's events
After my bath, I quickly dried myself off and changed into fresh clothes. I then decided to call my girlfriend, Sukoiba, only to be met with shock and surprise when I saw that she was wearing the Shadow Hunter's uniform, revealing a hint of her chest. Before I could react, she quickly hung up, leaving me completely baffled. "I didn't know that you were a ShadowHunter," I said out loud, utterly confused by the strange developments.
