Akanji's POV
The following day at school, I ran into both Azuki and Chibi Ykau, and we all started talking at once. When Azuki Blankly announced that she had obtained a Scythe that had changed color, indicating that she could become a Shadow Hunter, I must have been too shocked to conceal my surprise, as Chibi Ykau promptly asked if I was okay.
"I'm fine," I answered, as I noticed that Chibi Ykau was still staring at me. However, Azuki immediately continued speaking, declaring, "I was also informed that if your blades change color, then you, too, can become Shadow Hunters." I remained silent, unsure of what to do with this newly acquired knowledge.
Following school, Azuki, who was surprisingly swift, began running ahead of Ckykau and me, leading us to the Shadow Hunter's headquarters. At the weaponry, Azuki instructed me to select a weapon first. I chose two stilettos, which were needle-like blades. She confirmed that my choice was appropriate by explaining that the color of the blade changing from silver to red denoted a passionate view of life And that my name would be Night Streams because of the name engraved on the side in white. We then proceeded to select weapons for Chibi Ykau.
