Vilkas- lays beside you in bed the entire time.
Farkas- worried mother hen. Only leaves your side to get a cool cloth to go on your head.
Miraak- Says that it's annoying and leaves for a little while. He comes back with some honey to soothe your throat.
Savos Aren- keeps a cooling spell on you constantly. He has to leave because he's a busy man, but every time he's not busy, he's by your side.
General Tullius- you best believe that every doctor in Tamriel will come to visit you until you're feeling better. The man has power, and he WILL use it.
Ulfric Stromcloak- he won't leave your bedside. He has his generals write to him in letters so that they won't disturb your sleep.
Ancano- leaves and tells you it's because he doesn't want to get sick. He returns later with some medicine and a cold cloth for your head.
Ondolemar- He still has guard duty, but Markarth's herbalist will be with you (under threat of death). When he is home with you, he will not leave your side.
Brynjolf- He goes and steals some books for you to read while you're in bed. He'll read to you while you try to go to sleep.
Hadvar- will make you some tea. He is friends with the local alchemist so that he will find a cure for you. He will lay with you in bed until you feel better.
Ralof- He will ensure you are as comfortable as possible while you are sick.
Cicero- gives you sweet rolls- even though that might not help your condition. He constantly nags Babett to get you a healing remedy.
Jarl Bulgruff- You will be the most comfortable person in Whiterun. The Jarl will spare no expense in helping you feel better.
Agmaer- He gushes over you and spoils you as best as possible. No matter how irritable you can get, he will always do anything for you with a smile.
Scouts-Many-Marshes- He is a skilled cook. He will cook you soothing soups until you feel better. Until then, be prepared to be coddled.
Thrynn- seems willing to rip apart every herbalist you encounter. He will not let you walk until the fever is broken. So during the sickness, it is common to find him carrying you to places you want to go (often to your garden). "I'm sick, not lame," "I don't care."
Rune- hates it when you're sick. He says that laughter is the best medicine, so he tries to make you laugh as much as possible.
