I'm just bored, and I need a way to be creative. (There may be some smut in here. We'll see how I feel.)
Let me know If you have any requests!
I don't own Skyrim. All of the credit goes to Bethesda.
Hey everyone! This is the second part of my Irileth x Reader one-shot. This is from a male Dragonborn POV. Let me know how it is. I've put a sign where you should play the music.
Word Count: 2003
For some reason, I can't think of Irileth in the game, so I went to Pinterest (my happy place) and found a picture of what I was thinking! With armor, of course!

The elf woman poured the healing potion onto the wound and wrapped it in gauze. Her face was solemn and concentrated as she tied a knot to keep the gauze on his leg. As she finished, she looked up at the man. She could see that he was in pain. His eyes were closed, and he gripped the rock he was sitting on so hard that his knuckles were white. She felt a strange concern filter through her as she looked down at his leg.
"How does that feel, Dragonborn?"
The man looked at her, "Huh?"
"I asked how it feels, you idiot."
"It feels fine. There's no need to be rude about it."
She glared at him. He wondered for a moment if that was her only face until he remembered her smile. He had only seen it once, but he found himself hoping that he would see it again.
"Y/n."
"What"
"My name is Y/n," he replied, keeping his head down, "I know. It's crazy that my name isn't 'Dragonborn.'"
The woman stared at him, "No. It's not crazy. I guess you had to be someone before you were the Dragonborn. So, who were you, Y/n? A merchant? A soldier? Certainly not a blacksmith."
He laughed, "None of those things. I was a traveling pilgrim—a worshiper of Kyne. I was sightseeing in Cyrodiil. Before that, I was in High Rock, and before that, I was in the Summerset Isles."
He stood from the ground before stretching his hand out for Irileth to take. She gave him a small smile before taking it. "You must have seen a lot," they started walking towards the road, "It must have been amazing."
Y/n dreamily looked into the distance, "It was. There was a wonder of nature every turn I took. So many things to do and places to see."
Irileth hummed and was silent. Y/n noticed this and stopped her, "What's wrong?"
She sighed, "I haven't been outside Whiterun in four years."
The man's eyes bugged out of his head, "Four years!? Why?"
"Because I was too busy protecting the Jarl, I forgot to get around to other things. Like traveling or settling down."
The Dragonborn felt his chest tighten. He knew that being locked inside one place could do terrible things to a person. He wanted to help her and knew he could, "You're still young. There's still time for you to go out and do the things you want."
