"Stop! We have to work together if we're going to figure this thing out! Bickering back and forth at one another isn't going to solve anything!" Martin said with sternness riding his tone. "How was that?" He said stepping back nervously with a slight grin across his face. "Good...but, let's try it again with a tad more...Umph!" The casting director said, jarring his hand up then back down. "Of course." Martin said clearing his throat a few times "Stop! We have to work together if we're going to figure this thing out. Bickering back and forth at one another isn't going to solve anything!" He proceeded before stepping back nervously once more. Silence filled the room as the casting directors looked over at each other for a moment before breaking the silence.

"Alright, thank you. We'll be in touch." One of the casting director's said while standing up then extending his hand out over the paper covered table. "Thank you." Martin said, reaching out and shaking the directors hand. They smiled at one another before Martin turned and walked through the albino white door into the waiting room filled with other actors waiting for their chance to audition. He made his way out the glass door and onto the sidewalk. The bright sun shined down onto his car shooting rays of light in his direction. Martin sighed, pulling a box of cigarettes out of his brown business coat pocket, removing a cigarette and placing it between his chapped lips. He pulled a lighter out with his other hand, burning the end of the cigarette and taking a puff.

He raised his wrist and looked at the arms on his silver wristwatch. "Fuck!" He exclaimed opening his blue car door and climbing into the driver seat. He pressed the silver 'on' button to bring his car to life before pulling off into lunchtime traffic and disappearing down the road. *DING* "Your late, get your ass here now! This needs to stop happening!" A text read from his phone under 'Boss'. "Yeah, yeah." He croaked while taking off from a red light and turning into a parking garage. He pulled into a freshly painted spot marked 'Martin Davis'. "Alright, let's do this." He said, getting out of the car and heading towards the elevators. *BEEP* His car sounded in the distance behind him as he dropped his car keys into his coat pocket.

"Where the fuck have you been?" A voice came from down the hallway as Martin came out of the elevator onto the thin grey carpet in front of side by side white cubicles. "Fuck." He sighed to himself, turning towards the direction of the voice. "My office, now!" The voice stated from an office at the end of the walkway. "Mr Haydes." Martin said prominently entering through the doorway into the all glass room. "You're late...again." Haydes groaned, placing his Bright gold pen down beside a stack of papers he was working on. "I know, my apologies sir I had something I needed to take care of. It took a little longer than expected." Martin said sincerely as he sat down onto the red futon style couch along the edge of the room facing large windows that viewed the city park outside.

"This can't keep happening Martin, this is the last time we're going to have this conversation before I'm going to have to let you go. Are we be clear on that?" Haydes asked while leaning forward in his black office chair. "I understand." Martin stated standing up from the futon. "Now get to work." Haydes said, picking his golden pen up and laying it to the papers in front of him. "Yes sir." Martin said as he exited the office and walked into his cubicle. He took a seat into the black squeaky office chair that sat sideways at his marble desk. *Click* Martin tapped the multi-color keyboard turning the monitor in front of him on. "Alright, Let's see what we've got." He said to himself typing his user and password in unlocking his computer. He clicked the e-mail marker and signed into his personal account. "Still nothing?" He said to himself slowly scrolling down the page. "There's gotta be something." He mumbled, leaning forward in his chair and placing his face in his palms.

*BZZZ* *BZZZ* Martin's phone vibrated, slowly whizzing across his desk. He picked it up and turned the screen upwards into his vision 'Casters INC' it read on the screen. He frantically slid the bar from left to right. "Hello?! Hello?!" Martin said nervously. "Hi, this is James with Casters INC, is this Mr, Davis?" He said through the phone calmly. "Hi, yes this is he, How are you?" Martin said, sitting up in his chair. "I'm good, I just wanted to give you a call and follow up about your audition. We loved your performance and we think you have immense talent but we don't think this role would be a great fit for you but would love to work with you in the future. If we don't have the opportunity then we wish you great success in this industry." James said reluctantly. A pause drew out over the line for a few moments. "Thank you, I hope you have a great rest of your day." Martin said, hanging up his phone and leaning forward, placing his face back into his palms.

*Ding* His phone rang out once more. "What now?" He said to himself, picking the phone up and turning the screen on. 'Once in a lifetime opportunity! Apply for a all expenses paid trip to Holthum Manor for a 10 day experience with the one and only Trever Holthum! You'll learn to hone your craft and better your acting abilities. Good luck and goodnight.' An email from James read across the screen. "This could be exactly what I need to finally get a solid role." Martin said with hope. He opened the email and filled out the application form to enter for a spot. "Now, we wait." He said, setting the phone back onto his desk. "Mr. Davis, I'm heading out. Care to grab a drink?" Mr. Haydes said while leaning into his cubicle. "Sure, I'll meet you in the garage." Martin said, standing up and pushing his office chair to the side. "Sounds good." Haydes said as the elevator doors closed between the two. "Trever Holthum huh..." Martin said, placing his phone into his coat pocket and heading into the elevator.
