"Good evening, passengers. This is the pre-boarding announcement for Flight 2313 from LAX to SAT. Boarding will begin in about 45 minutes. Thank you."
"Well! You have 45 minutes. TSA line doesn't look too bad, so you better run like hell to your gate!" I laughed. "Do you really have to leave, Michael?" I whimpered.
"You know I do, come here." He opened his arms and hugged me. "Seriously, I wish you the best on this move. You're going to do great. I wish you and Robin the best of luck, really. I love you, Stella you're my best friend. Remember. Even though I'm 2 hours ahead, I'm still a phone call away, okay?" He looked up from our hug and let go. "Okay, TSA line is getting long, I'll text you when I land! Bye!"
I waved bye as I watched Michael get lost in the crowd of travelers. I'm going to miss him. How am I going to survive in California by myself? I couldn't do it without him. Wiping the tears from my eyes I made my way back to the car.

"Okay, Mija. Can you share your location with me? Just for safety. You know I do it with my boys también." Robin's mom gave me a reassuring smile.
"Of course. Thank you so much again." I hugged her.
"I don't know what time you go to bed but it is starting to get late. Go ahead, shower, change into your pajamas. Our casa is yours. Please don't be embarrassed." she hugged me tighter. "You're a brave girl doing this, you know that right?" she released and looked at me. "But we're here for you no matter what, okay?"
"Thank you." I teared up."Let me show you around." Robin interrupted leaning on the doorway that led to the kitchen. "So just like Mom said, our house is your house— cheesy, I know— but here's where we place our dishes," Robin led me to the kitchen and opened the cupboard. "Plates, bowls, cups, everything you need." He closed it and opened one under the sink. "Here you got cleaning supplies, extra bags, erm dog shampoo if you wanted to shower Bruno for us." he laughed and looked at the small furry dog who was staring at us from the the doorway.
"I bet you want to shower," he started as he walked me towards the bathroom. "Of course, you remember how to turn on the shower." He said seductively. I gave him a puzzled looked, when he reminded me. "Oh come on, you really don't remember that one time we showered together when you came into town? When Mom and Alex weren't home?" He whispered while winking.
"Oh my God!" my eyes widened. "Yes, I remember now." I blushed thinking of that memory. We were having a steamy moment in the bathtub when his mom had called saying she was on her way back home from work and if Robin could start dinner for her. That was the fastest we both got dry and dressed. I'm pretty sure we beat a world record that day. I laughed to myself.
"Haha, well here you go. Take as much time as you need okay?" He kissed my forehead and left the bathroom. You would think I haven't showered in months. The way the water dripped down my arms. The coolness of it hitting my face. I needed this time alone. I scrubbed my hair and my body ridding of any motel stench I had left. Note to self: Always bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash when traveling. I finished rinsing any remainder soap off my body. I turned off the shower and got dressed into my favorite pajamas; cute green shorts with an oversized t-shirt, that of course was Robin's.
"Hey! I've been looking for that shirt." Robin teased "Hm, guess I found it, looks great on you." He kissed my forehead a couple of times.
Weird.
"I'm going to go shower now. You look relaxed and now I want in." he laughed. "Go ahead, lay down you can get wall since I have to wake up early for work tomorrow."
"Haha sounds good, I'll be on my phone for a little before I go to sleep." I yawned as I got into his bed. I grabbed my phone when I saw a text from Michael.
"I'm alive! Just landed. Trip was a bit bumpy. Oh yeah, my dad says Hi btw".
"I'd hope you'd still be alive. ;) Tell your dad I say Hi back! I bet you're tired so get some sleep. Night!" I replied and opened up Twitter. I was scrolling when I heard a text message come through.
Hm, wasn't my phone.*Ding*
Another text.
It was Robin's phone. I trusted him. But why did I feel the need to look at it?
"The other day was great. ;)"
"Let's do it again?"
The texts read.
