The rain pound on my window as I sat on my bed just starting out into nothing, that's what happened over the Year break I took from school because of the trauma we endured at the end of our freshman year.

"What'd you want?" I asked.
"I just wanted to know if you still haven't heard from the others" He asked opening an old wound of how me and William end our relationship.
"Why would I? I am not their keeper" I said rolling my eyes annoyed.
"It's just that school is starting tomorrow so I was just wondering but it's fine we might see them tomorrow right?" He said.
"I guess" I said going back to starring out my window. "I don't feel like talking about them now, can you leave?" I asked politely as without another word he leaved closing the door behind him.

"Sure" I said as he came in making himself comfortable on my bed.
"You know you can tell me anything right? Your *Sad pause* mother might not be of this world anymore but understand that I'll always be here if you need me" Dad said as tears started to flow down my cheek.
"I know it's just- hard and i-i have a lot on my mind you wouldn't understand" I said.
"Come here" he said locking me in his embrace as I just cry in his shoulder for a few minutes.
[Few Minutes Later]
"I know I'm not good with the comforting stuff like your mother was but I am a good listener" He said. "I've seen you and Adrianna hasn't been talking much so let's start from there I'll only listen" He added.
"We've been drifting apart ever since our adoptive mother died back on earth and to make it worst our real mother died over a year ago I just feel like it's my fault" I said as dad just put his hand on my shoulder.
"Listen your mother's death is neither yours or your sister's- we all tried our best to save her and it just wasn't enough so don't take all the blame" dad said as my room door suddenly swung open revealing Adrianna.
"Adrianna? Were you eavesdropping?!" I asked.
"N-nnoo??!" She said dismissively.
"You clearly were don't lie the evidence is-" I angrily said as dad hold my hand cutting me off.
