Episode 7: "Watch your mouth!"

POV: Adrian

It's the first match of The Intergalactic Games, my sister and one of my friends was going against each other so of course I was torn on who to root for. "Where's Raven and Reese? They're missing out on all this action" Ethan shouted so we could all hear because the cheers for this match is loud as music at a party, we could barely hear each other.

"I don't know but I sure am ready to take a small break" I said signaling that I was going to the restroom.

Few seconds later

I stand in front of the mirror washing my face when I was suddenly approached by a guy... He had dark blue eyes and wavy black hair and he looked a bit muscular. "Can I help you?" I asked politely even though the way he approached me creeped me out.

"Sorry if I scared or creeped you out my name is Jalen and I'm in your Interphysics class" he said in a deep voice.

"Is that your original voice?" I blurted out.

"Sorry?!" He asked confused.

"Sorry if I sound weird but I just... Like your voice???" I said trying my best not to sound as weird.

"Thanks I guess... It's just that you and I have been in the same class since last year we are both still kinda new I wanted to be friends but because you're the headmaster son and you're so popular I was kinda scared to approach you" he said out of breath. "Sorry I went on such a ramble" he strached the back of his neck embarrassed avoiding eye contact.

"You're cute" I blurted out again making things even more awkward as there was now silence.

*Door open*

William walked in on us. "What's taking you so- oh? Who's this?" He said.

"William this is Jalen... Jalen this is my friend and also my ex-boyfriend William" I introduced them both as they awkwardly shake hands.

"So you're the famous William I've been hearing about... Is it true you cheated ? Cause from what I heard everyone around here is saying you are a f*** boy" Jalen said.

"I didn't cheat and I am not a f*** boy and neither it is any of your damn business so watch your mouth new kid I can get you expelled for your rude remark towards a royal heir with the snap of my fingers" William said.

"Where are you from? Cause you don't look.... Alien?" I asked to ease the tension between these two.

"I'm from earth just like you I guess you can say I'm the new kid this year... I also brought my baby sister along she's 5 months old but they say they'll keep her safe with enough oxygen" Jalen said sounding a bit worried for his baby sister health in out of space.

"So why did you decide to take your baby sister couldn't she have stayed on earth with your parents?" William asked.

"I was an orphan growing up til just a week ago... I was finalizing my paperwork to get released from my orphanage when I got the news a baby was left at the steps with a card having "for Jalen" on it" He explained. "I wasn't sure if it was my baby so I did a DNA test and turns out she was my sister... Half-sister anyways"He added.

"So you don't know who left her there? Or your parents identity?" I asked.

"Nope so I thought about giving her to the same orphan but I didn't want her to feel the same neglect I felt growing up" he said.

"That's sad and all but we don't care.... Adrian let's go we have a match to continue watching" William said dragging me along with him.

I freed my hands standing straight looking him in his eyes. "What's your problem? Huh? And what you said a second ago was uncalled for.... He just wanted to be friends" I said.

"People like him just want to leech of our popularity... They don't actually want to be friends I don't wanna argue so let's just go already" He said leaving as I followed behind in silence.

POV: Adrianna

We were only about 8 minutes into our match and i was already out of breath. "You've really gotten stronger" i said.

"Yep! Today I'll defeat you to advance" Sophie said sending an attack my way which i barely dodge.

"No matter how you've gotten stronger i'm still stronger because i'm a descendant of light and darkness" I said sending a black fire ball her way... she didn't dodge on time so it slammed into her sending her crashing to the floor.

"No matter how strong you are... you don't stand a chance" She said as i was suddenly surrounded by bubble gum with each time i try to escape is gum getting stuck on me making it harder to move. "It's useless you can't escape so just call it quits right now" She added.

I wanted to call it quits not because i was defeated... i wanted to do it because i want my friend to win but just as i was about to announce my defeat (quits) all lights in the arena turned off.

"What the fuck-"

"What's happening"

"Why did the lights go out?"

Suddenly we hear low growls coming from all sides. "We are under attack! Everyone quickly make your way back to your rooms" i heard dad say through the speakers.

I conjured a ball of light in my hand to see what's happening... next thing i saw was sophia on the ground having a panic attack. "Sophia!" I said rushing to my friends side as i help her up making our way to our room as dad said.

In that moment, A shadow figure rushed towards us, i couldn't attack because i was trying to bring my friend to safety but out of nowhere a flashing blue light saved us. "You two alright?" I heard a familiar voice say and i looked up to see it was one of The elemental Four... Alejandro.
