⯎Chapter 9.⯎

You knocked on the door lightly, Killua had his arms around you lazily and he was leaning against you tired, the door was opened and you looked up slightly at the tall butler, Gotoh, he looked down at you and his eyes widened, he glanced at Killua quickly and bowed "Ms. Y/N, Master Killua.." He let you in and you smiled at him, he smiled and you hugged him quickly "Hello again Gotoh" You spoke "Welcome back Y/N dear" He smiled warmly which shocked your friends who were sitting on the couch.

Killua waved lazily at Gotoh then looked at the three who were on the couch "Gon!" Killua said walking up to the three "And this guy!.. Koro-" "Kurapika" You said, correcting Killua "Kurapika!" Killua said as if he remembered "And Reolio!-" "IT'S LEORIO!" Kurapika deadpanned "I'm so glad you remembered" He said sarcastically before looking at you "Are you okay? Did they do anything to you?" He asked with concern, pulling you closer, he checked you for injuries then blushed when he saw you in some royal looking clothing. Gotoh was watching unamused and insulted that Kurapika would think that the Zoldycks and their workers would do anything to you.

Kurapika hugged you then gave a small bow "Your highness" He joked lightly with a small smile, you glared playfully, finding his smile quite charming 'What a gentleman, I keep getting more hoes left and right, isn't this interesting' You thought to yourself, Leorio ruffled your hair "We were worried about you, you know! You need to be more careful!!" He shouted. 

Gotoh watched as everyone laughed and smiled, happy to be reunited, Killua then seemed to realize something and turned to Gotoh "Why didn't you tell me they got here sooner?" Killua said with a frown "Apologies Master but your family wanted extra time with Y/N and I had your friends participate in a little game" Gotoh said bowing "A game?" You questioned, looking at Gotoh knowingly, he smirked "A joke, a bit or a poor one but I'm sorry for the trouble, I do hope you enjoyed though" Killua looked at him unbelieving "Did they try anything?" He asked Gon, Gon shook his head "They just kept us entertained!" Gon said with a closed eye smile, you looked at Gon with a soft look and patted his head, his smile grew and he hugged you close.

You had all left after Killua made sure that he wouldn't be followed, you let them know that you'd also keep an eye on Killua if it made them feel better which it did although Killua never said that they couldn't watch or follow you..

On the train, Gon was sprawled across your lap lazily, Kurapika leaned against you also lazily, you ran your hand through Gon's hair feeling bad for not getting to spend enough time with him after so long. You ignored their conversation since it had nothing to do with you that is until Leorio called your name and asked you a question "So what are you gonna do Y/N? We're all gonna meet back at Yorknew city on September 1st but what are you gonna do until then?" Leorio asked, you looked down for a second "Hmm.. You know- I don't really know, I may go visit some old friends but I'll definitely visit you all separately until our next get together.." You said, they all nodded at your answer, some sighed quietly in disappointment, they had to get you to stay with them but how?

"You've gotta come with me and Killua Y/N! I haven't had my fair share of time with you either!!" Gon said frowning, you smiled "I promise I'll be seeing you guys soon, I'll even stay for awhile "Well that's not fair" Leorio said, Kurapika nodded, you sweat dropped nervously, this felt like a custody case and they were all scheduling when you would stay with them "I also wanted you to come with me.." Kurapika said, his voice having a clear distaste in the idea of you not being with him even after all he's done for you and who he's killed.

Killua was silent but glared, he had his connections, he'd figure something out. They were all thinking, they all had their plans and you were gonna do your own thing away from them, until then they'd keep planning how to make you theirs, this not so hidden competition would keep growing and more and more challengers would appear.
