Yzma Milano was about to face the biggest trial of her life. She'd have to prove her case before the Eight Arkeyan Governors and Alex Cahill Walker would have to be the one to present said case before the Eight Governors of the Arkeyan Weapon Masters. Yzma had a feeling that this would be new territory for the Dallas Assistant District Attorney considering they were in the realm of Skylands and Alex was usually the one prosecuting offenders during a trial.

"This feels odd Alex," Yzma said, "You're a district attorney oh wait I mean an Assistant District Attorney and usually you're trying criminals not defending them. Perhaps we should've asked somebody else."

"In your defense Yzma you're not a criminal and neither is Isolt despite the fact that you're related to the Dark Lord," Alex said avoiding saying Voldemort's name not wanting to make a bad impression on the Arkeyans by bringing the wrath of their enemies on the Empire's door step out the starting gate, "Arthur McSpadden would agree with that as well if he were still alive and present."

"What happened to him because from what I can make out Walker and Trivette saved him from a hanging at the hands of one of the criminals he put away who escaped for revenge," Yzma said, "The Arkeyan Governors all say that the Judge should've been helping orphans or paying more attention to his own flesh and blood instead of the relatives of criminals or better yet not bother with the latter group at all."

"Sounds like the Arkeyan Governors are pissed more than usual and Kira's the most ticked off Governess of the eight," Harry spoke, "And it seems the Other Seven Arkeyan Governors are terribly frightened of her as it is."

"Unfortunately, the Dark Mark as I now know the snake emerging from a skull that was seen in the sky was found over Arthur McSpadden's home and the judge himself was dead and the entire place burned down to a crisp," Alex spoke sadly, "Faith the Magical Coroner preformed the autopsy and revealed that he died from the killing curse."

"If the Forces of darkness are trying to snuff out all hope of stopping them from ruling all of creation and the universe then it's working," Yzma gulped terrified, "And it seems like the Arkeyan Weapon Masters aren't even giving a hoot about the Judge's death considering what he was doing."

"Just stay strong and we can prevail," Duncan said as they all arrived at the courtroom where Duncan Spoke to the Arkeyan Governors and made his pitch about why they didn't take over the earth despite their firepower.

In the Courtroom the Arkeyan Governors were seated as was Chancellor Odon while both sides prepared to present their case in regard to the outcome of Yzma's challenge.

"We are all gathered today to discuss the outcome of Yzma's challenge," Chancellor Odon said, "Normally this would be an open and shut case given all that we have seen in the newspapers. That said one of the rules was that if Yzma or any of her relatives were to cause any negative publicity then she would fail her challenge. Given what we witnessed in the Daily Prophet that was somehow delivered to us in Skylands before the trial then we would be declaring right now that Yzma has failed her challenge."

Lucius Malfoy was already smirking thinking that he had this case already won while Kai was already polishing and sharpening his new chain blades and preparing the speech for his cousin to present to the Arkeyan Governors which included a list of Umbridge's demands and changes that she wanted put into law in the Wizarding World at once while Yzma was already looking worried knowing that the Eight Arkeyan Governors were already holding that against her.

"We're off to a bad start," Harry spoke noticing the situation, "The Arkeyan Governors somehow got the Daily Prophet delivered to them and this is bad news for Yzma and us. How did this happen?"
