CHAPTER 19: DOOM SIGNAL

A/N: Instead of Hayley and Calvin arguing, it's going to be the other Rangers {except for Kanan's dad, Keigo and Rose} finding out about Kanan lying to them about leaving Summer Cove to move to Kyushu permanently after the situation with Odius and her being pregnant again

Kanan POV

The others and my dad were in the school when they saw the three of us coming up to them.

"Did we miss it?" Keigo asked.

"No, you're just in time" Sarah replied. The three of us sighed a little in relief.

"Calvin's the one who is late. He was supposed to help me rehearse a hour ago" Hayley said.

Calvin came rushing in when he came up to us. "Hey guys, I'm sorry I'm late" he said as he pecked Hayley's cheek. "My car was having some engine troubles. I had to fix it before I could leave" he said.

"You could've got a taxi" Hayley said. "I really needed your help. Did you at least bring my props?" she asked.

"Yeah, I've got your props" Calvin said. Hayley sighed in relief. "Thanks Calvin" Hayley said.

"Next, number 146" the TV producer called out.

"That's me" Hayley said as all of us were cheering for her. Hayley got onto the stage and begins her audition. She finished her audition and got off the stage.

"I think that I did really well" Hayley said.

"That was really awesome" Preston said as he high fived her.

The TV producer called for Victor and Monty. The two of them got on the stage and they are beginning their audition. Victor hit Monty's knee with a hammer and Monty kicked him on his reflexes.

Some of us gasped while some of us laughed.

Next, Victor pressed a button and the bed folded with Monty inside it. Monty ended up bouncing off the bed and fell onto the ground.

"I'm really sorry, I don't know what Monty did wrong" Victor said as Monty looked at him really confused.

The TV producer closed his book and went up to Victor and Monty. "You two are acting like real clowns. That's perfect for my show" he said as Victor laughed a little. "We're done here. The rest of you can go home. No one will beat these two showbiz geniuses" he said.

"What!" Hayley said.

"Boys...you're about to become superstars" the TV producer said as he left with Victor and Monty.

"I was better than them right, Kanan?" Hayley asked.

"Well...actually, they were pretty funny" I said as I laughed a little.

"Yeah but my audition went really well. Don't you think?" Hayley said.

I looked at Keigo.

"What? You can be honest...you can tell me" Hayley said as the others looked at me.

"Um...I don't think that Romeo and Juliet was a good choice for a TV show audition" I said.

"Are you sure, I mean...that was pretty great" Preston said.

"What's happened to you Kanan. I mean...you were always telling the truth but now...I don't know what to say" Brody said.

"He has a point" Levi said.

I'm feeling really sad while I looked at the floor when Keigo noticed my sad expression and held my hand tightly.

"Hey, I'm starving" Sarah said.
