•3rd POV•
Cogsworth, Belle, and Itadori were walking down a wide hallway with a footstool. Cogsworth is lecturing.
"As you can see, the pseudo facade was stripped away to reveal a minimalist rococo design. Note the unusual inverted vaulted ceilings. This is yet another example of the neo-classic baroque period, and as I always say, if it's not baroque, don't fix it! Ha ha ha. Now, where was I?"
Cogsworth turns to find the heads of the knights follow Belle and Itadori.
"As you were!"
The knights heads snapped their heads back into place, facing forward.
"Now if I may draw your attention to the flying buttresses above the- uh- misoure? Mademoiselle?"
Cogsworth turns his head back to the group and he realized that he's one Belle and one Itadori short. Cogsworth sees the duo walks up the grand staircase.
He and Lumière manage and run up and jump in front of them, blocking their progress from going up any further.
"What's up there?" Belle asked.
"Where? There? Oh, nothing. Absolutely nothing of interest at allin the West Wing. Dusty, dull, and very boring." Said Cogsworth.
Lumière had been shaking his head, but Cogsworth nudges him and he nods his head in agreement.
"Ah, so that's the West Wing..." Belle says.
"Nice going." Lumière muttered to the talking clock.
"I wonder what's he's hiding up there." Belle says.
"Hiding? The master is hiding nothing!"
"Then it wouldn't be forbidden." Yuji pointed out.
He and Belle step over the the candleman and clock, but they both climb up another step and stop them from going further.
"Perhaps you two would like to see something else. We have exquisite tapestries dating all the way back to..."
"Maybe later." Yuji and Belle walk around them again, but they were stopped once for the third time.
"Uh the- the gardens! Or- or the library, perhaps?" Lumière asked.
That caught Belle and Itadori's attention. "You have a library?" They both said.
Cogsworth was thrilled that he found something that interests the two of them, "Oh yes! Indeed!"
"With books!"
"Scars of books!"
"Mountains of books!"
"Forests of books!"
"Cascades!"
"Cloudbursts!"
"Swamps of books!"
"More books than you'll ever be able to read in a lifetime! Books on every subject ever studied, by every person whoever set pen on paper... Hahaha!"
