Leora

"Oh my God,he is so dreamy" Anjana sighs and dramatically falls on Kathani's bed.

Londyn,Anjana,KJ and I were all in Kathani's room waiting for her to come out of the bathroom so I could show her her bachelorette party dress.

"I know right,did you see those muscles" KJ joined in fantasising about Ashton and I just roll my eyes.

"You guys should stop,his fianceé is already blushing" Londyn winks at me and it takes a second to actually register what she just said.

"Wait,what?" I ask thoroughly confused but before they could tease me any further,Kathani came out of the bathroom,saving me.

"What are you guys gossiping about" Kathani asked,stepping out in her robe.

"We where just saying that-"

"We should get ready quickly so we can get to the club on time" I caught Londyn short, knowing Kathani will join in the teasing if I let her.

"Can I go get the dress now?" I asked,and Kathani nods,giving me a look of she did not believe me, but was letting it slide.

I dash to my room to avoid anymore comments from my oppressors and soon return a few minutes later with a dress bag and my own outfit.

Ashton had gone with the guys so he was not in the room,and I decided to dress up in Kathani's.

"So this is your-" I begin to unzip the bag when I get into the room before Kathani stops me.

"Wait" She walks up to me,eyeing me suspiciously.

"This is not your engagement ring" She takes my hand and begins to inspect the new ring on my finger.

Shit.

I forgot I was still wearing the new ring Ashton gave me and I was using my right hand to zip down the dress bag so Kathani noticed.

"Yes" Londyn concurred as she came over to check out the ring too.

"Leora Aiko Kohen. What happened to your ring" Kathani asked sternly and I sighed.

This was going to be a long night.

"Uhm-"

"Do we need to go?" Anjana gestures to her and KJ and I immediately shake my head." At all."

"Kathani, Londyn nothing happened to my ring,Its right here".I walk over to my purse and pull out a box containing my other ring.

"Moonstones are fragile so Ashton thought it best to buy me another ring,hence this one" I flick my right hand at them and they let out small 'oh's.

"But this one is pretty though" Kathani takes my hand in hers again to examine the ring.

"Yeah the guy's got game"Londyn adds and I was already getting cringey over their obsesession on a ring that didn't even mean anything.

We did not love each other so it was just a ring.

"Can I show you the dress now?"I ask,trying to divert their attention from my ring, and I hear 'yes' all around me.

"Thank you" I walk back to the dress bag and pull down the zipper.

"Girl,Its going down tonight"Anjana jest and we all laugh."Oh my God Leora,this is scandalous" Kathani gasps running her hand over the gown.

"I knew you would love it" I wink, handing it over for her to get dressed."Now,y'all should go get dressed too and we'll meet you at the reception"I turn to Londyn,Anjana and KJ and they just nod in reply,going to their various rooms to get dressed.
