"I think I must have the wrong address" I say to the man in the phone as the security let me in and he chuckles.

Our engagement was tommorow tonight so I had flown in a day early to 'meet the parents'.

Ashton was meant to come pick me up from the airport, but he was tied down with work so he sent a car for me instead and sent me the address, telling me to give my name at the front gate so they could let me in.

"I mean I knew your family was  rich, why didn't you tell me that you guys where that rich?" I accuse on the phone.

Fine I was a millionaire, but the Carter estate was a whole new level.

Driving through, I could see the basket ball court, the infinity pool, and outdoor relaxation spot that could hold at least a hundred guests and overall, the sprawling gardens that surrounded the whole estate.

After driving for a good five minutes, I finally reach the main house. The whole exterior was white, and the architect in me knew construction alone cost millions of dollars, if not billions.

Thank God i dress a tad bit decent today, because I could not lie, I was a bit intimidated.

I pull up at the front door an stepped out after texting Ashton. A valet comes to have my keys to drive the car to the garage.

They had a valet...now I needed to see thier garage.

I adjust my hair which was in a pony tail, with two strands framing my face in hopes it still looked neat and took a deep breath.

Ashton had told me that he told his family about the contract to 'even it out' Since Kathani and Londyn knew, but what if they did not like me?

They could influence Ashton to break off the deal since he really stood nothing to lose...and where would that leave me?

I shake those thoughts away and brace up. Whatever happened, I was going to be just fine...I hoped.

I was wearing a white cropped button up shirt with sleeves that reached my palms and   blue jeans which had feathers at the bottom, along with a pair of white heels and a white bag.

I paired it with a pair of silver drop earrings, a silver Rolex and some silver bracelets.

"Like what you see?" The sound of Ashton's voice shakes me out of my thoughts and I walk up to him.

"Hi" I give a small smile before saying "Can we go in?"

"Sure" He leads me into the house and I am short for words.

Just like the exterior, the entire interior was white, with white marbles floors so polished you could slip if you were not careful.

There were staircases on either side that most likely led to bedrooms, while there were different doors downstairs leading to other places.

There was a fountain in the middle, and the ceiling was made of glass,so the mid-day sun brightened the entire place.

And from the bustling and jostling around, I could safely assume this was the place there the engagement was going to be held.

"Norah had sent your dress earlier today, Its in your room upstairs as well as your bags" Ashton informed and I just nodded my head in gratitude.

"Shall we?" He gestured toward one of the doors, which was presumably the living room and I nod following him.

"Dont worry, My family don't bite" He whispered into my ear before opening the door to let me in.

It was a simple living room, with brown chairs and open window and a TV at the corner and plants everywhere. The floor and walls were also white, just like the foyer we were stepping out from.
