Leora

"Maid of honour coming through, Maid of Honour coming through" I sashay into Kathani's room along with two Valet's pulling to trolley holding Kathani's outfit.

I was fully dressed, wearing a sleeveless baby pink gown,with matching shoes that had a bow on them.

I accessorised with a pair of drop earrings that Kathani had gotten for me for the occasion,some silver bracelets, a watch and of course,my engagement ring. Leaving my neck bare.

My hair was in an elaborate low- bun with three white roses placed at the right and I had minimal make up.

KJ,Anjana,Londyn and Kathani were all in the room along with Kathani's mum and Aunts.

"Girl,you look good" Londyn says,eyeing me up and down as I turn around, causing every one in the room to laugh.

"Thank you,thank you" I do a little curtsy before waving the valets off.

"Well Kay, your dress is here. But first of all I need to know, who posted a picture of us last night" I asked,now serious as the room around me quietened.

"Wow. You put my life in danger despite me warning repeatedly not to post a thing and now you don't even have the balls to speak up" I look around the room, trying not to show how pissed I was, but I knew it seeped out a bit in my voice.

"I was sounding like a broken record yesterday but the person was bold enough to do so and now you can't speak up?" My temper was slowly showing and I take a deep breath.

Today was not the day for this. It was my bestfriend's birthday and I was not going to ruin it for her.

"Its okay." I turn towards the trolley holding Kathani's dresses.

"Its Kay's wedding and I-"

"I was me Leora" My head sharply turns towards KJ along with the gasps from everyone in the room.

"I'm sor-"

"Its enough Khaneshia" I stopped her,my voice strained.

"I'm not interested in your apology. Not anymore so dont waste your breath. Its your sister's day and I want her so be happy so drop it" i turn back in a bid to control myself as I begin to zip down the dress bag hold Kathani's gown.

"Kathani" I pull out the dress, causing gasps to arise from every corner of the room as Kathani had her hands to her mouth,tears beginning to form in her eyes.

"You have always told me how much you wanted to wear a suit at your wedding, but Aunt Becky would disown both of us before skinning us alive so-" I winked and Aunt Becky and she chuckled.

"I decided have the suit-like sleeve on one arm and make the other arm sleeveless,with glitters all over. And I knew you wanted your dress to be simple,yet make a big splash so I decided to go with a huge ass train"

I walk back to the trolley and pull out the train from the dress bag as Londyn, Anjana and Aunt Becky helped her with her dress.

I walk back, attaching the train before moving back to allow Anjana and KJ to help her smoothen it out.

"And for you veil, I knew how much you loved pearls,so I stoned it with pearls to match the pearls on the side of your dress" I gesture to the side of her dress as I pull out the veil and hand it to Aunty Becky to help her put on.

"So,how do you like it?" I ask with a nervousness I did not even know existed until I asked.

"I love it as much as I love you" She squealed,coming closer to hugs me.
