"Let me know if I'm saying your name correctly, Sampha-nay Eve Xael?" Mrs. Winters, a middle-aged blonde called to her second period English 10th grade students.

"Not exactly, it's Sam-pha-ny. You know almost like symphony, but a -fuh sound in the middle," Samphany clarified to her teacher, shyly.

The whole class room's attention was on Samphany Xael, a chocolate brown girl with mid-back curly-kinky hair, oblong shaped face, and brown orbs for eyes, athletic figure, and 5'10 in height born on March 15, 1999. She grew up in a home with her mother Pamela Jones who Samphany resembled mostly, except her mother's eyes were hazel brown and complexion was caramel, and older by two years fraternal twin siblings Nathan Isaac and Naomi Aubrey Xael born on January 1, 1997. They were a different story when it came down to appearance, both were of butter-scotch complexion with their mother's hazel eyes, and a heart shaped face they both have from their father Isaac Xael. Nathan is 6'2 in height and Naomi is 5'8 in height. Their father Isaac had died in a fire when the twins were twelve and Samphany was eleven at the time leaving their mother a widow at thirty-two-years-old and that's when their mother moved them from Barstow, Texas to Carson, California for a fresh new start in 2010. Though, not everything new was for the better of them all.

Three hours later, I still feel like I'm in the same tedious predicament as my earlier classes in the day. Right now, was 4th period history with a teacher of the name Mr. Solomon. He was your average typical man of his 30s-40s with brown straight hair, mustache, ruddy skin, and blue eyes. There were only two things I would absolutely like about this class. One, its history and the only person I love outside of my family, Aaliyah Smith. Aaliyah has brown skin with a diamond shaped face, auburn waist-length faux locks, and brown eyes. She was curvy in the right places, sometimes I'm hecka jealous of that. No, actually, I'm always jealous. We had become best of friends after two months of my family and myself moving from Texas to Carson, California.

"I'm so glad we're sitting next to each other," Aaliyah said, while looking at the syllabus.

"Same here," I agreed.

"Because I can't sit next to any of these new bitches without having to restrain myself. Goddamn, they are annoying already," She complained.

If you haven't guessed it already, Aaliyah has a major temper. Sometimes, I can't understand why, but I don't think she does either.

"Aaliyah, be nice and calm," I instructed, "We don't need any trouble this year with anyone, including those so-called bitches."

She pointed in my direction, "You're right, but they need to watch it."

"Okay, so anyway you never told me how Rome had been. How was it?" I asked, changing the subject.

From there and forward we were on a positive subject into the last hour of 4th period. After, 4th we headed off to lunch and sat at the nearby tables within the area of the quad.

"Okay, so you know my birthday is September 20th and coming this way right?" Aaliyah says.

"Of course, go on," I respond.

"Well, I already started planning it," she states, "the theme will be a neon party. What do you think?"

"Continue."

"I want to have it at my aunt's house in PV, because remember her yard and shed house is pretty big. Does that make sense?"

"It does, because you just moved and the house in the D.A. isn't ready to be shown. Heck, I haven't even seen it. By the way you wanted me to help you paint your room?
