"Mom." Jax yelled.

Gemma ran into the living room. When she got here Tommy was on the ground and me and Mari were crying. Tommy was like my little brother. I hope he's ok.

"Jax call 911. Opie, what happened?" Gemma demanded.

"We were all playing and then Tommy fell over." Opie said scared.

"we tried to wake him, but he only grunted and said his chest hurt." I replied.

"Opie, Jax is calling an ambulance I need you to call the clubhouse and tell them to get here now. Girls why don't you go play in Stella's room until your uncle's and dad's get here." Gemma said sending us away.

I don't want to go to my room, I'm just going to the stairs. I looked back to the living room and Tommy was still lying there on the floor. I don't know what to do. About five minutes had passed before I heard the sound of motorcycles and knew the guys were close.  Not a full minute later the front door slammed open and the guys ran in. They took in the scene of Gemma in the living room holding Tommy. Jax and Opie standing about two feet from Gemma, then Me and Mari sitting on the stairs holding each other.

"Where's John?" Gemma asked looking around for Uncle John.

"He's still in Belfast. He's not back yet." Bobby said as he looked at her sympathetically.

"Of course he is." Gemma said snidley.

"I already called and talked to McGee Gemma,  John's coming back as soon as they can get him a ride." Chibs said as he walked into the house.

"Gemma the ambulance just pulled up." Piney said as he ran back inside.

After they loaded up Tommy into the ambulance. Mary came in and got Opie and Mari. Jax and I refused to go we wanted to go to the hospital with Gemma. Things took a turn for the worse on the way and Tommy didn't make it. My little brother didn't make it. He was cursed with the stupid Madock curse of C.H.D. Jax had it too but he was fine. Why did Tommy have to go? This is unfair. He's only six. He can't go. John came home the day before Tommy's funeral. He came in and checked on me. But the words never came I refused to talk to anyone besides Jax, Opie, and Mari. I wouldn't talk at all if the adults were around. After Tommy died John was gone more often. He came home about a week ago because some war was going on. We all had to move to the clubhouse. Mary took off with Opie and Mari so all I had now was Jax. We lived at the clubhouse for two years and in that time, I could see John getting upset about how close Gemma and Clay were getting.

John was taking me on a ride today It was for my birthday. Since we were still on lockdown on my birthday, he was taking me today. I slowly started talking more to everyone but not really. I think I was closest to Jax like always, but I opened up more to John, Bobby, and Chibs a the new guy that came back with John before Tommy died.

"I'm ready John. Let's go." I said walking out of the clubhouse.

"Alright, Stella Bear. " John said

"No, you have homework, Stella. The ride can wait until after you're done." Gemma said coming out of the office.

"Come on Gemma. It will be a quick one. It's her birthday ride. I promised her that as soon as we were out of lockdown I would take her." John said

"I said no. She can go after her homework is done and that's final. Don't argue with me John." Gemma said walking back into the office.

"Let's go Stella Bear. I'll take the blame later. A promise is a promise." John said as we walked back to his bike.

As we took off i could see Gemma run out of the office and yell for me and John to come back. We took off going faster. We were having a blast driving down Highway 580 when John's bike started messing up. He pulled me tighter into him as he tried to drive to safety. The last thing I heard was John saying he loved me, and that it was going to be okay before I went flying.  I remember hitting the ground and blacking out. When I woke up Jax and Opie were in the room with me.

"Jax, Opie. What happened? How did I get here?" I asked.

I tried to sit up and realized I couldn't I looked down at myself both my legs and my right arm  were broken and I had a neck brace on. I went to feel for my hair, but it was gone all I could feel were stitches. I started freaking out.

"Calm down Ella. I'm going to go get Gemma." Opie said getting up and leaving.

"Jax, what's going on? The last thing I remember is riding with your dad. Then I went flying." I said looking at him.

He didn't say anything he looked horrible. My mind automatically went to the worse case scenario.

"Jax talk to me what's going on. Where's your dad?" I yelled getting scared.

A nurse ran in. "You need to calm down or your guest will have to leave." She said.

I started getting even more scared. She was going to make Jax leave. No... I heard my heart monitor go off.

"You'll have to get security first I'm not leaving." Jax said standing up. "Your scaring her she just woke up and don't know what's wrong."

"Jackson Nathanial Teller sit your ass down and unless she needs you to get out." Gemma yelled at the nurse.

"Just keep her calm. The doctor will be in; in a few." The nurse said before leaving.

"Stella you're going to be ok. You were in an accident." Gemma started to say.

"Where's John? Is he ok?" I asked.

"He didn't make it Stella. His bike collided with a semi, John got dragged 178 yards. He died yesterday." Gemma said walking closer to me.

"Your lying. He could ride better than anyone. There's no way he got hit. It's a lie. Jax please say it's a lie. Please." I said crying.

Jax moved closer and held me as best as he could while I cried. Jax never left my side at the hospital. When I was finally able to go home Jax started acting differently. He was never home. He was always off with that tramp as Gemma calls her Tara. As the weeks went by, I slowly got better. Opie and Mari moved home to their dads. I knew Mary having them wouldn't last long. You can take the kids away from Samcro, but you can't take Samcro out of the kids. Especially Opie. He and Jax got their first bikes a couple of weeks after the accident. I was behind in school for two years because of the accident. I had to learn how to walk all over again. My hair was back to a normal length. It took 5 years but it's back past my shoulders. I graduated high school at 21.
