After the game Daisy drove the girls back to campus, she went back to the apartment his father had bought her just outside of it, Tara had recently moved in with his boyfriend Ben a few blocks away and Rebeccah went to the dorm room she shared with another girl named April. She was really nice and they all liked her but she spent all her free time studying, one time they had to beg her to go out but she always had an excuse to stay in.

Even though they got to their apartments late they all had early morning classes on Monday so they didn't get much sleep. At 8:30 in the morning they found each other in the hallway waiting for the teacher of consumer behavior to open the class.

- Guess what - Daisy said excitedly, as if she'd slept 10 hours - Everyone and their moms is talking about yesterday's game! - her friends smiled at her, she was always like that - And they looked so cute, look at this picture of them in his convertible. ARE YOU KIDDING ME, we have a new dad and he's so hot, is that a cadillac?.

April looked at the picture and agreed with Daisy, the car was driving into the sunset and it looked right out of a movie scene.

- And you saw them interact yesterday???

- Yes, she was hyping him so much during the game - Tara replied while walking into class

They sat next to each other in the back of the room and took out their computers to write down notes during the class.

But Daisy didn't pay much attention to Mr Morgan who was explaining the term "consumer" and what it meant for business; she was watching videos of Taylor and Travis, giggling every now and then. It didn't really matter, that was one of the easiest classes, or that's what the sophomores had told them, so it was fine. Thank god the teacher didn't pick her to answer one of his questions because she was so distracted she didn't have a clue of what was going on apart from the silly little slideshows on tik tok about the new couple. Rebecca even had to warn her that the class was over.

- C'mon, let's go girl, we have another class to get to.

- Oh yeah, sorry, let's go - she quickly packed up her things onto her bag. - I promise I will pay attention to the next class, it's just all so exciting you know? - Daisy replied smiling as they walked out of class.

Rebeccah nodded and took her to the next class.

- Tara and April went to get some coffee, we are not going to get one because you definitely do not need one - she said to Daisy.

The next class was harder so Daisy shut her excitement down for an hour and focused on what the math teacher was explaining. He went really fast and they didn't have time to understand, they just copied everything he wrote on the blackboard.

Thankfully April understood pretty much everything, all her work paid off, so Daisy asked her what had the teacher done in the fifth equation. She showed her where she made the mistake and put the wrong number.

- Ohh, okay, yea, thank you - she uttered, writing it down right this time. - By the way, you are coming to the party on friday, right? - Daisy whispered, so the teacher couldn't hear it.

April tilted her head and thought of an excuse without looking her in the eye.

- Yeah I don't know, really...

- You should just try it and come and if you don't like it we can leave - Daisy tried to persuade her - It will be fun, I promise.

She sighed and whispered "okay... now shush". Daisy smiled and went back to the math. April should go out and have fun more often, and who knows, maybe that Friday was the start of a new era.
