It was finally Halloween. Daisy and her friends decided to dress up as a different singer each. Obviously Daisy chose Taylor, April went as Avril Lavigne, Rebekah as Justin Bieber and Tara and her boyfriend went as Christina Aguilera and Eminen.

- You don't get it guys - Rebekah said putting on a white cap - It's ironic.

They laughed, each one doing her make-up in a different mirror. Daisy on the corner was meticulously applying black eyeliner.

- Do you think this cat-eye is sharp enough to kill a man? - she said, chuckling.

It felt appropriate as her phone next to her started playing vigilante shit.

- Ohhh - Tara laughed - What man?

- No one, it's just a Taylor Swift reference - Daisy lied looking back to the mirror hiding the truth from her friends.

After a while the girls transformed into their chosen characters and were ready to go out there and hit the party. Daisy put on a black bodysuit, knee tall boots and some clip on bangs, nailing the reputation outfit. April went for a white tank top, a red tie and some low rise pants as well as really heavy black eye make up. All their costumes were on point as they walked out of their dorm room.

The girls arrived at the Halloween party, the pulsating beats of spooky music and laughter lingered in the night air. The entrance was adorned with fake spiderwebs and a ghoulish skeleton, setting the tone for the night.

They made their way to the dance floor as they saw Nick and his friends with Tara's boyfriend. As they approached April noticed Nick's costume, they had not planned matching outfits or anything so she was surprised to see him in a skater outfit.

- Are you kidding me? - she said with excitement as a smile widened on her face.

Nick breathed deeply, relieved. She liked it. He shied away blushing but felt April's hand holding his and pushing him towards her.

- Let's get out of here - she whispered in his ear sending chills down his spine.

April couldn't believe it, he did that for her, to surprise her.

- Yeah, let's find a quiet spot - Nick answered, leading April away from the crowd, feeling his heart pounding on his chest.

They finally found themselves in a quiet corner, away from the Halloween party's lively chaos. April could feel her heart racing with a mix of excitement and nervousness as she looked up at Nick.

- I didn't expect you to... you look great, I'm- I'm impressed!

- You look great, like... you... - Nick takes a step closer, his hands gently cupping April's face.

There's a shared smile, a silent acknowledgment of the connection between them. As they inched closer, their breaths synchronized, and the room seemed to fade away.

Their lips met in a soft, tender kiss. Nick gently guides her through the gentle dance of their first kiss, ensuring it's an exploration rather than an overwhelming experience. His hand found its way to the small of April's back, his touch light but firm, created a sense of security. April's hands felt free to explore his neck, his jaw and his soft hair over and over.

As they eventually pull away, there's a genuine smile on both of their faces as their breaths slow down and their eyes meet again.

- Wow - April whispered with a smile on her face.

- Yeah, wow

They shared a soft laugh, still leaning into each other. April caught in the moment continued threading her fingers through his hair.
