We headed to the car in silence and drove in silence.

Not even music.
Complete silence.
I parked the car Infront of the doctor's office and got out, going around the passenger seat to open the door for her.
Despite me being upset with her, still haffi show my respect.
"Mr & Mrs Smith?" A tall brown skin nurse called out and we looked up simultaneously getting up.
She looked a bit taken back by the names but mi nuh care.
We followed her into a room, where she instructed Alisha to sit on the bed and I sat on a chair.
We sat there, awkward silence filling the room.
At the sound of the door opening we both turned our heads to it and then made eye contact before she broke it.

"What brings you here today?" The nurse asks us and the way how I answered left her in shock.
"She a bring a youth but mi nuh sure a mine" I say getting to the point.

She cleared her throat and gave out the instructions for the DNA test to be done.
"Open your mouth" the doctor said to me with a q-tip looking something.
