I sighed as I threw myself in the bed.
Being a law student isn't for the weak.
Being in an abusive relationship ain't either
Ughh
After a while of laying down doing nothing but staring at the ceiling I decided to start my day.
Getting up I made up my bed and went to the bathroom, connecting my phone to the Bluetooth in my bathroom I started playing 'Session 32- Summer Walker.'
"Threw away your love letters,

Singing along I decide to start off by brushing my teeth and using my mouthwash.
About 5 minutes or so went by and I decided to start showering.
My music was interrupted by the ringing of my phone, not waiting to hear who it was I just told Alexa to answer it from the Bluetooth.
"Girl look how long mi a call yuh" My bestfriend, Alisha voiced on the other line.
"Good morning to you too miss" I said and she hissed causing me to chuckle
"Yah drive wid me today or yuh man a come fi yuh" she asked
"Mi nuh know girl yuh know how Maleek stay already" I said rolling my eyes

Maleek and I been together since we were in grade 9 even though we were young we knew what we wanted, even though the relationship was abusive, I still love him so I stayed and we are together for 5 years now.

As my music began playing again I resumed bathing.
After a hour I was out the shower and doing my skin care routine, which after I completed I wrapped my towel around my upper body and went to my room.
Disconnecting my phone from the Bluetooth, I checked my messages on WhatsApp.
Seeing a messages from Maleek I opened

Leaving the message on seen I went ahead and started getting ready to go seeing that he was on his way.
