The driver parked the car in front of their house, and Tasha hurriedly got out, her thoughts still consumed by her recent humiliation. However, as she entered the house, the scene that unfolded before her was beyond anything she could have imagined.

Her mother, Asma Abid, lay motionless in a pool of her own blood, her eyes closed. Panic surged through Tasha as her sister Zainab frantically called out for their mother to wake up.

"Mamma! Mamma, please wake up! Maa!" Zainab's voice was filled with terror and desperation as she shook their mother's lifeless form.

The driver, still partially conscious of his surroundings, heard the screams from inside the house and rushed in. Initially, he had assumed that Tasha was again facing her mother's wrath, but the sight that met his eyes was far more horrifying. He gasped as he saw the blood and their mother's unconscious body, his instincts kicking into action.

Without hesitation, he dialed for an ambulance, urgently relaying their address and the dire situation. He knew that every second counted.

As the ambulance was dispatched, the driver also made a frantic call to Mr. Abid, who was thousands of miles away in the UK. His voice trembled as he informed Mr. Abid about his wife's condition and the imminent rush to the hospital.

In the UK, Mr. Abid received the call with a sinking feeling in his heart. He had never felt so far away from his family. He knew that he had to act swiftly. He immediately booked the earliest flight to Pakistan, desperate to be by his wife's side.

Upon hearing the news, Mr. Abid also contacted his older brother, who happened to be the Head of Department (HOD) at the university where Zainab and Tasha studied. He explained the situation and requested his brother's assistance in ensuring that his daughters were taken care of during this crisis.

As Mr. Abid made arrangements for his journey, the clock seemed to tick unbearably slowly. The world around Tasha and Zainab had crumbled, and they clung to the hope that their mother would pull through.

The next few hours were a blur of sirens, frantic phone calls, and the blaring of hospital equipment. The Abid family had been thrown into a whirlwind of chaos, and their lives would never be the same again.

In the hospital, their mother gave birth to a premature baby boy. The birth of a premature baby boy brought both joy and concern to the Abid family. Their mother's health improved swiftly, and their father, Abid, was by their side. However, the new addition to the family faced a challenging start, spending his early days in the care of machines and incubators.

Tasha and Zainab's hearts swelled with happiness at the sight of their baby brother, but it was tempered by worry. Tasha and Zeni fought tooth and nail to name the baby but in the end, Tasha won by using her older-sister-card. They named him Hamza.

“I want to name him Hamza as names have meaning and I want him to be like the Hamza im naming him after.” She gave her final thought and Zenni complied. She had always been like this. persistent but complying when she sees passion.

Their little Hamza was fighting a tough battle for his life. The hospital room, filled with the soft hum of machines and the gentle glow of monitors, became their sanctuary for the next whole day.

The medical team worked tirelessly, their expertise and dedication evident in every action. They monitored Hamza's vitals with meticulous care, doing everything in their power to give him a fighting chance.
