Hogono : That's why fighting All For One by self couldn't be counted as vigilantism.

The judge smiled again. She grabs the wooden gavel and hits the blood three times.

Judge : Next... Sakuya is suspected of using drugs. His behaviours are different from other normal children at this age. He also lacks fear and common sense. It could be the side effects of using drugs. He also smoked despite his age being a minor.

Hogono : There are many false conclusions in that statement. There's no evidence saying that Sakuya is using drugs. The black circles around his eyes are caused by lack of night sleep. What's he doing at night instead of sleeping? The answer is suffering. His quirk has backlash that caused him schizophrenia and pantophobia. Schizophrenia is a mental illness that makes the person to see and feel things that don't actually exist. And pantophobia is a mental illness that makes the person afraid of everything. Every weekend night, he has to face his quirk's drawbacks.

Akumu : What?

Hogono : In training camp, he uses his quirk a lot and he faces drawbacks at night. Students from both class A and B saw him how he was frightened from a mare touch.

Akumu : That's clearly a lie. He never faces those kinds of things when he lives in my house.

Hogono : Maybe he just didn't tell you. Or it could be that you don't care about him and maybe even neglecting him?

Akumu : What!!

The judge interrupted the duo by hitting the black with wooden gavel

Judge : Don't shout. Hogono, continue.

The man in black suit smiled

Hogono : His strange behaviours are the cause of his quirk and experiences. Mr.Akumu and Sakuya's mother are used to fighting a lot and Sakuya has to grow to see those fights almost everyday. They eventually break up and Sakuya's mother remarries with another man. Then, they died from the villain attack. Sakuya's aunt, Kaina Tsutsumi who is also known as the hero Lady Nagant, imprisoned when he was still young. Sakuya has to face these traumas since he was young and still facing them. A child with traumas tends to be more mature than normal children. And a child like Sakuya, who was forced to grow up will be more mature than normal adults and that wasn't surprising.

Judge : Then, what about smoking?

Hogono : It was true that Sakuya smokes. But it wasn't tobacco. It was Marijuana.

Everyone except black hair boy and the hero in white suit are surprised and shocked.

Judge : So, are you saying that Sakuya was using drugs?

Hogono : Not drugs. Marijuana only.

Judge : Can you explain why a child like him is smoking Marijuana?

Hogono : As I said earlier, he faced many psychological traumatic events numerous times. He got many psychological illnesses. And then, his quirk. He would lose his mind before turning into 15 if he stayed like this.

Akumu : So that he has to use weed? Hah... that's fucking nonsense and everyone know that.

Just then, the judge hit the block with wooden gavel

Judge : Watch your mouth and don't interrupt. You, continue.

The judge looked at the man in black suit and said.

Hogono : Marijuana was just a plant that helps living just like other plants. It relieves stress, is good for mental health, cures insomnia, cures depression, cures anxiety, good appetite and many others. Many countries around the world have found out these facts and make Marijuana legal for both normal use and medical purposes. But in Japan, Marijuana is still illegal. Why is Marijuana illegal in the first place? Because it contains the compound called THC. THC gives the "High" effect to the user which is known as dizziness and sleepiness. Sakuya needs to use weed but he can't stay high. He has to be active. So, he uses the CBD type which doesn't contain the high effect. The Marijuana that he smoked was CBD type Marijuana.
