Sarah had thrown all her clothes out of her Louis Viton suitcase. Shoes, handbags, clothes sprawled all over the hotel room. Not knowing what to wear when she will meet him? Smart? Slutty? Ahh it was such a chore she screamed in her head. She stood in her hotel robe overlooking the spread of clothes. Then she clicked her finger into the air, finally knowing what to wear. It was 9.30am she had two and a half hours to get ready. She pulled a D+G cream and black skirt out of the pile, along with a cream cashmere sweater. Once deciding on the outfit she moved to the dressing table to get her hair and make-up sorted.

10 miles away Lucas was having the same problem. Jean’s, Top. Hoddie. Maybe? Or shall he go smart? Or casual? Still in his towel his mother came knocking on the door. “Lucas?”

“Yeah mum. Come in.” Lucas quickly pulled his dressing gown over him. His mother opened the door, short with loving eyes.

“Where are you going today?” asked his mother with those eyes that made him never dare lie to her.

“I am meeting Sarah today, you know? The girl I met online. I showed you pictures of her.” Lucas trying to jog his mother’s memory.

“Yes I remember. The one that looked like a slut.”

“Mum she is not, why would she be a slut.” Lucas getting annoyed with his mother. Insulting a girl she didn’t even know.

“What? Honey I don’t want you getting hurt, I want you to be happy my child. You don’t know this girl, she could be anyone.” His mother sighed. “ What if you go and meet her and it turns out to be man who is sixty and has no hair?”

“Mum you are wrong, I love this girl.”

“Luka you don’t know what love is. To you my child love is just a word that you people use to keep a girl or a boy.”

“Mum can you just stop this now. I don’t want to hear this, and not from my mother.” Lucas starting to get worried. What if his mother was right? No it can’t be. Could it?“Ok honey. Where will you meet her?” His mother asking as she rose from his bed

“ Da Nello, the Italian Restaurant.” Lucas asked as looked for his boxers.

“Da Nello is very expensive.” Shot at Lucas.

“I know, and it very good.” He shot back.

“Ok this is your choice. I hope this girl is worth it.” Her hand on the door handles opening it to leave.

Finally she has gone. Why did she have to say things like that? Well she must be worried but still, she should be happy. Well he had to finish getting dressed and get his hair done. He looked into the mirror and looked at himself, he thought that he was handsome but who was he to judge? Sarah liked what he looked like, she wanted him. Or so she said. What if she meets me and doesn’t like me? You mustn’t think like this. We will not want an ending.
