CHAPTER TEN: 'The Assistant Job...'

"What! I made it?" Nabi exclaimed as she stared at her name on the notice board. "Namra.. you didn't." She pointed out with a small frown.
Namra showed a reassuring smile and swung her arm over Nabi's shoulder. "It's okay. I'm just glad you made it." She stated causing Nabi to beam and hug her friend.
"Let's go get something from the snack bar?"

Nabi sat around the long white table, there was three new members and ten of them all together.
"I'm Sim Jake, Grade 12 Class 4. Im the president of this club and will answer any questions you have." He introduced dimly and held a clipboard tightly in his hands.
Nabi rested her head on her hand out of boredom. "I will tell the three new students their now new assigned roles." He mentioned and cleared his throat.
"Han Subin, you will be apart of the morning and afternoon announcements team along with Kim Sunoo and Hong Eunchae." He spoke calmly.
Nabi looked across the table to see the orange haired boy that Namra was talking to at the annual bonfire party.
His smile was bright enough to light up a room, while his skin was whiter than snow itself. His orange tinged hair perfectly contrasted with his light hazel fox-like eyes.
"Song Dongmin, you will be apart of the file committee with Yang Jungwon."
The boy nodded and shook hands with the dimpled male. Jake fixed his posture and looked along the table before his eyes landed on Nabi.
"Yang Nabi, you will be my assistant."
The raven haired girl shot up from her position with a confused expression. "Your assistant? Since when was that a job?" She questioned.
"Since.. today!" He faked a smile and set the clipboard neatly down on the desk. "Meet me in this room at the same time tomorrow for your first duty."
Nabi bit down on her tongue to prevent curses and swears from escaping. She forcefully nodded her head while sticking her thumb up (imagining it was a different finger)
