It was around midnight now and I still didn't want to leave her for even one second. I had ordered clothes of her size online from every brand and had placed them in every room in the mansion. Inside my wardrobe, inside her own separate room and every other room.

I checked her temperature again. It was normal. I sat back down on the chair and watched her. Suddenly her breathing picked up and a heart wrenching scream tore from her lips. I shot from the chair and quickly gathered her small fragile form in my arms as she shook uncontrollably. She had a nightmare. I clutched her to me as I slowly sat on the bed and cradled her to my chest. I gently placed her head on my heart and gently made her small fragile hands clutch the material of my shirt on my chest. It calmed her instantly. And she clutched even tighter. I rubbed slow circles on her back encouraging her. She was awake as my ears had caught her heartbeat. But she didn't opened her eyes. She was trying to concentrate on her breathing as tears constantly rolled from her eyes. My eyes were glued to her face. Her breathing slowly calmed down and her body relaxed slightly against me. I slowly dipped my head down and kissed every tear. Desperate to calm her and make her feel better. I gently wiped her soaked cheeks. Softly and carefully, keeping my touch feather like on her soft fragile skin. I placed feather like kisses on her closed eye lids and as I pulled up, she sniffed and opened her eyes a little staring into mine. I lost my breath as I looked into the depths of her eyes. She held so much pain, hurt, sadness, agony and anguish in them. My heart clenched painfully in it's restraints and my chest heaved as I took in a harsh breath. Fury and rage took over me but I held tight reins on myself to not scare her even the slightest. I gently rubbed her cheek as I stared into her pure innocent eyes.

"who hurt you?" I asked in a whisper, keeping my voice soft and low.

Her chest heaved from all the crying and I clutched her even closer to me as I gazed into her eyes. She opened her mouth to say something but her eyes drooped slowly. She blinked and tried to keep the sleep away but her eyes closed. I kissed her forehead softly with my lips and they stayed there. She was tired and exhausted from having another panic attack. She laid her head on my heart and I pulled her even closer to me. Wrapping her protectively in my arms and tucking her under my chin. I sniffed her vanilla scent and instantly calmed down. I slowly rubbed her back and ran my hand through her soft, silky hair. She slowly relaxed in her sleep.

Hours passed by when she slightly shifted in her sleep. I gazed down at her. She slept peacefully. Even though I didn't want to, I slowly and carefully laid her down on the bed. She would have sore muscles if I kept her in that position. She turned and I froze. She took a quick inhale but didn't wake up. I breathed slowly. She relaxed and clutched the pillow sheet in her small hands, snuggling close to it as she slept soundly. I slowly got out of bed and made way towards the gym.

It's been an hour since I had been punching the bags non stop without gloves. Taking all the rage and raw fury. I still hadn't calmed down. I glanced towards the ripped bags lying on the floor. that would be her tormentors as soon as I find out who had hurt her. I didn't look into her past or investigate it, if she wanted to keep it to herself, I wouldn't dare to do otherwise. Even though it was only one call away. She would tell me if she wanted to. I spent another hour in the gym keeping one ear towards any movement from my bedroom.

The sun peaked from the horizon and I made way towards the bedroom. My rose was still asleep. I gazed at her for a moment and then went to take shower. I took a cold shower and calmed down my anger. I exited the washroom with a towel wrapped around my lower. I went to my wardrobe and changed into my usual black crisp shirt and black crop pants. I got out rolling my sleeves up my arm and sat on the chair.

Her eyes fluttered open and I leaned a little forward. She looked around with a frown on her face and slowly sat up. She glanced down at her clothes.

"who changed me?" a soft whisper reached my ears and I breathed. She looked towards me and made eye contact. I held her gaze for a moment and then looked towards the tie near the pillow. She followed my eyes and her innocent eyes widened. She looked back at me.
