Fire And Ice

[ September 20th ]

I looked over at the door, a little scared. Who could that be at.....I looked over at the clock. At 9:57 in the morning?!? (Oh my gawd, Im so dead)

I saw a blob of a person that looked a little famillar....

The blob started banging on the door.

"LIZZY!!! GET YOUR BUTT OUT HERE!!! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING?!?" it screamed. I laughed. So the blob turned out to be my friend, Kami. And looks like she didn't go to school yet (thank gawd!). I would have hated to walk to school by myself.

I opened the door and looked at her. She was just a little bit shorter than me and had a habit of being just a "little" much of a random person. She was my first friend but also my only friend (:/ sad. I know) She was the only one who would talk to me the first day of school and Im HAPPY that she continues too :D

"I woke up late. Sorry!" I said, smiling a little. She shook her head.

"Oh gawd." she said, rolling her eyes. "Well your up now so get your back pack and get your tush out here. I brought my car and if you want a ride, you better hurry up!" she said and skipped back to her car. I knew she was VERY serious so I turned and ran up the stairs. I ran in my room and grabbed my bag and ran back down the hall, jumping down the stairs. I almost freaking broke my leg doing that too!

I closed thedoor to the house and locked it. I walked over to Kami's car and got into the front seat. The stereo in the car was blaring Pretty Rave Girl by Breathe Carolina.

Kami was bouncing in her seat and trying to sing along. That's one of rthe things I love the most about her. When she's listening to a song, she gets so completely wrapped up in the song that she doesn't care who's watching. I laughed a little at her. She looked over at me and stuck out her tongue. I smiled a little more.

She turned the car all the way on and pulled out the drive-way. And headed to school.
