She heard the bell and instantly rushed to her first class. Missing attendance on the last day of the weekdays, especially on her first week here was never in her initial plan at all. She could only blame one person for this. Flynn.
Only God knew where he'd gone off to, putting her in a situation like this.
Alison made her way toward the classroom but was suddenly brought to a holt by Wendy and her friends. They surrounded Alison like predators.
Wendy stood in front of Alison with what seemed like an intimidating expression on her face.
Since they were practically the same height, it was easier for Alison to glare directly at her. "Can you move? I have a class to attend to."
Wendy didn't budge. "Cool. You'll be attending my class first then."
"I'm not in the mood for any of your stupid games."
Wendy took a tad step closer to her, their faces were only an inch away from each other at this point but Alison refused to show defeat. She stood her ground and returned Wendy's stare.
"You think I play games?" Wendy asked in a cold tone. "Come with me quietly."
"I'm not doing that."
"Do it while I'm asking nicely, Harold."
When Alison didn't comply Wendy signaled to one of the girls that stood behind her. The girl was huge. She had that typical high school bully appearance.
The big girl grinned down at Alison, simultaneously revealing large set of teeth with braces attached to them. "I've been itching to beat someone up, ya know?" she said.
No way was she letting this girl touch her for any absurd reason.
Alison raised her hands up to surrender and then looked at Wendy. "Where to?"
Wendy chuckled. "Be acting all tough when you're actually not. You'll get what's coming for you don't you worry. Come with me."
They led Alison down the hallway and toward the exit but suddenly cut through the left where a huge double door was. They opened the door and went in. There was a stairwell that only went up and as they went up the stairs, Alison began to really ponder the situation here. Something in her head clicked and somehow she knew what was about to happen to her.
"Where are you leading me to?" She asked.
Wendy who was ahead of her didn't care to give her an answer.
Alison bit her lip in frustration. "Can someone please tell me where we're going?"
"Shut the hell up, Harold, and keep up," Bianca said.
"I'm blindly following you guys and it's making me uncomfortable."
They finally got to the last stairs and there was another double door but this one was locked up with a huge chain around the doorknob and a padlock.
"Well," Wendy said. "That is the plan. To make you feel uncomfortable."
"There's a reason that door is locked, right?" Alison asked.
"Don't worry, I have the key." Wendy revealed the key and unlocked the padlock.
"Did you steal the key or something?" Alison asked in shock. "What is behind that door? Answer me!"
"For someone who's about to get beat up, you sure ask a lot of annoying questions." Wendy unraveled the chain, pushed open the door, grabbed Alison by her collar and dragged her inside.
More like outside.
"This is the rooftop," Wendy announced like it wasn't already obvious.
Alison stared at the girls as they circled her, each giving her a malicious expression. Her eyes tried to focus on each of their movements, and her body tensed, preparing for defense against any attack. There were five of them; Wendy, Bianca, big bully and two others she was sure she'd seen hanging out with Wendy. The big girl wasn't a member in their dorm, thank goodness, because she didn't know how she'd live in the same space with such a scary looking person.
