Sitting on the sideline of the game while staring at the very teen kanima that caused half your pack to run away was nerve racking for Charlie Stilinski. Boyd and Erica stopped by for a quick 'sorry' and left with little explanation, not giving her time to even try to convince them to stay. She was a bit heartbroken to see them leave because this whole kanima/hunter business became too much too fast, but this was unfortunately the price for their gift.

Stiles updated her about Matt; that did not make her any less uncomfortable around Jackson. "Why aren't you on the field?" she questions Scott as he sits next to her, disappointment in his face.

"Coach benched me." he tells her, his eyes now trained on Jackson like hers.

"What? But, Jackson's back. Is this really the best idea?" she asks. turning to look at him now.

"I tried to argue, but I'm not exactly passing all my classes and Argent made that clear to Coach, so now I'm stuck here." he explains with a scowl.

Charlie looks over his shoulder to see her brother sitting in the middle bench shaking his leg like a mad man, "Do me a favor and check on Stiles, he looks like he's about to explode." she requests, causing him to look over and see.

Scott looks at her and nods, "I'll be right back."

As he leaves another teen takes his place, "Hey." Issac greets making her eyes go wide.

"Hey. I-I thought you were leaving with Boyd and Erica?" she says, surprised to see him.

Issac gives her a sheepish smile, "I thought about it. But, then I had a talk with Scott and realized even though I don't have a lot keeping me here that I care about, I do at least have one person that I know cares." he admits looking at her.

"You stayed... for me?" she asks, softly. He nods slowly making her smile, "You don't know how happy and relieved I am that you stayed." she says before pulling him into a hug.

He melts into her hug, wrapping his arms around her tight, "Despite everything, you were always there for me, showing me you cared about me. Almost like a second mom, a pack mom." he jokes as he lets her go.

Charlie laughs, "Pack moms a good one." she looks over at the team getting instructions from Coach, "Looks like the games starting. Be careful, I don't have a good feeling with Jackson being here tonight."

Issac nods, "I'll do my best." he says before rushing to join the others.

It didn't take that long into the game for players to be swapping out due to Issac hitting them hard enough that they couldn't play. "Come on, how is he?" Coach questions the nurse.

Before Charlie could answer, the player just groaned, "Not good enough to play."

Coach lets out a frustrated noise before instructing his last player before Scott to get it. The game starts but Issac doesn't get to do anything before Jackson checks him and he's down. Scott rushes over as does Charlie.

"It's not broken... but I can't move it. I think Jackson nicked me, 'cause I can feel it spreading." Issac tells the two quietly before groaning in pain.

The nurse was quick to shake her head at Coach, who was clearly frustrated before having paramedics with the stretch come in and help take Issac away from the field. "McCall... Either you're in, or we forfeit." Coach says as he joins them, in defeat, giving the teen his gear before walking away.

"How serious is this getting Scott, because Jackson wasn't doing anything until now." Charlie brings up once they were alone.

"Argents in control of him. We all need to be careful. He wants Derek... You-" he pauses as his mother joins them.
