Three mornings later, the Galamians were ready to leave for the city of Kathork, but before boarding the train, Gray wanted to say something to the citizens who had come to the station to greet them.
Gray: (to the citizens) You helped us when we asked you and together we gained an important victory; I couldn't be more grateful to you than I am now. Thank you very much.
The crowd fell silent, all eyes on Gray, their newfound hero. He stood tall, his voice carrying the weight of his gratitude.
Gray: Vilgania's spirit isn't just in its warriors; it's in every heart that beats for freedom. We've shown that together, we can face the darkest of times and emerge victorious. Your bravery, your support, it fuels our determination. Count Bellwish may think he can snuff out our hope, but as long as we stand together, Vilgania's flame will never die. We hope that our final victory can be the beginning of a strong and lasting alliance between Galam and Vilgania.
The cheers of the people echoed in their ears, a reminder of the strength of unity and the power of hope.
Gray:This wouldn't have been possible without you, Shadow, thank you so much.
Shadow:You are crazy? I'm the one who has to thank you.
Gray smiled at Shadow, appreciating the camaraderie among their group.
The two shook hands as a sign of gratitude.Shadow:Be careful on your journey, the Beherenewians are unpredictable
Gray:We are professionals, we'll be fine
With a firm handshake, Gray and Shadow exchanged a mutual understanding. The bond forged in battle and strengthened by trust was evident. The weight of the task ahead hung in the air, but so did the determination to see it through.
As the citizens continued their cheers, Gray, Roy, Eros and The 389 remaining Galamian soldiers boarded the train and set off towards Kathork.
The train roared to life, pulling away from the station with a determined energy. Inside, Gray, Roy, and Eros found themselves amidst the Galamian soldiers, a mix of seasoned warriors and new recruits, all with eyes full of determination.
Gray: (addressing the soldiers) We've faced tremendous challenges together, and I believe in each and every one of you. Our mission in Kathork won't be easy, but I've seen your bravery in action. We carry Vilgania's hope with us. Let's march forward, not just as soldiers, but as the guardians of our homeland's future.
The soldiers responded with resounding cheers, their spirits uplifted by Gray's words. The journey was long, but the atmosphere on the train was one of resolve and camaraderie. They were not just an army; they were a family fighting for a common cause.
During the journey, Gray spent time strategizing with the soldiers, formulating plans and contingencies for their arrival in Kathork. Roy and Eros, too, contributed their ideas, their minds working in harmony with Gray's strategic brilliance.
Gray: (firmly) This is it, everyone. Remember what we're fighting for. Let's liberate Kathork and put an end to Beherenew's tyranny once and for all.
With determined hearts and unwavering courage, they marched forward, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead in the City of Kathork. Vilgania's fate hung in the balance, and they were its last line of defense.
