.·:*¨¨* donatello's pov *¨¨*:·.

y/n seems to be unfazed by all. personally, i'll never get tired of kidnapping her, but alas. my scare tactics don't seem to be having the same effect.

why don't they scare her? anyone would be at least mildly worried. and im painfully aware that i have no other resources i can pull out to frighten y/n.

wait. she notices something, i can tell.

"ok, the spiders new." i can hear the curiosity in her voice and i turn, ready to use this to my advantage.

"yes. the... spiedier." i say it peculiarly, attempting to make it sound fancy. "even the smallest bite from arachnis deathicus will instantly paralyze-"

in my elaborate lies about the arachnid, i fail to notice y/n blowing the hanging spider... right into my eye. i shriek and begin to flail, mikey coming over to my aid. "get it off! it bit me!"

again, y/n seems unfazed.

"give it up, othello. your plans never work." she smirks but she seems a little exasperated. i might confess, i feel the same way. bad kidnappings are always frustrating.

"let's stop wasting time and call your boyfriend in tights, shall we?"

.·:*¨¨* third persons pov *¨¨*:·.

the city is continuing along with their museum opening, unaware of the routine kidnapping of y/n l/n, their precious news reporter.

raphael, the cities warden was gifted the opportunity to present the beloved hero's museum to him. it seems only fitting, since neon leon defeats the villains that the turtle will have to throw in jail.

it also seems fitting as they are brothers. but, the city is not privy to this knowledge. no one really is, if they knew the family lineage, then new york would become aware of the relation to a certain purple villain.

but, back to the museum opening.

neon leon stands there, watching the crowd grinning. raph motions to the blue ribbon which appears meek in front of the gigantic building. "if you please."

the blue hero pulls out scissors and the city cheers. not for the absurdly big cutting utensile, but for the show of powers.

every super hero has their own thing. and neon leon's is teleportation. as he opens up a portal and reaches in, the crowd goes nuts.

but, the hero doesn't know that in the packed in group of citizens, a robot turtles hovers in a trench coat. a quiet scream pierces the ceremony and suddenly the sky grows dark, thick clouds forming.

not the type from a thunderstorm or rainy day, but purple and grey smog, making the entirety of new york dark in 10 seconds.

a hologram of neon leon's nemesis appears, his big forehead just as large as the rest of him. he makes some strange faces for a minute then speaks, his voice echoing over the city.

the crown begins to boo and othello finds this humorous. "boo! yes, I can play along too. boo!" he makes a mockery of their attempt to show their discontent.

the blue hero takes the microphone from raph, who for an officer of the law seems way too frightened. "should've known you'd try to crash the party."

his cocky voice fires back at the villain, continuing their life-long feud.

"oh, I intend to do more than crash it. this is a day you and new york shall not soon forget." one of the villain, othello's admittedly irritating trait is to mispronounce words that should be simple.

new york is now nehw you-rck, like how spider is spia-dier. it does become annoying after a while.

"it's pronounced new york!" it seems as if leo is just as annoyed as everyone else.

and just as well, othello doesn't seem to give two hoots. "potato-tomato, potato-tomato."

"we all know how this ends: with you behind bars." if one was listening closely, you might hear a tinge of exhaustion and annoyance. like someone who just wants a break.

the city of new york doesn't hear this thought. they hear a passionate hero, dedicated to them.

"i'm shaking in my custom baby seal leather boots!" if othello could be known for anything ither then his villainy, it would be his flair for the dramatic. that includes his outfits.

"you will leave new york, or this will be the last you ever hear of y/n l/n. the screen once showing the turtle, changes to show the news reporter, ever so cherished by the cities hero.

neon leon's eyes grow wide, taking in the situation. though, honestly, y/n doesn't look scared. merely done with the situation and ready to go home.

"y/n! dont panic, n/n."

hook, line and sinker.

"i'm on my way." he starts to summon a portal and pauses at the sound of y/n's voice.

"yeah, i'm not panicking." and she isn't. much to othello's dismay and slightly even neon leon's? what good is a hero with no one to save?

the purple villain buts back in, before neon leon can portal away. "in order to stop me,
you need to find me first, neon leon." he states the name like it is a sour lemon.

"we're at the abandoned observatory!" y/n blurts out, making her captor seem nervous. the pride is evident on her face and it is a shame that neither her, nor the blue hero have the upper hand here.

othello pushes her away, pulling the camera from her. "no, we're not! don't listen to her. she's crazy!" he was always good at lying to his brother.
