My hands went over the big pack of envelopes with my name on it, the ones Enzo gave me.

I just showered and was currently eating the burger with fries that just got delivered. There were more than a hundred envelopes in front of me and maybe I should just open one.

I put on my headphones because the sound of the cleaners was too loud and grabbed another letter.

I read about ten but couldn't get enough, it was something about his writing that did something.

I saw you today at the park, you were dancing and laughing with a guy. As long as you're happy, I'm happy. It hurts me to not be the man you are happy with but I don't deserve to be. He looks great to you. Just promise me one thing. If he doesn't make you happy, leave. You deserve the best Lilly and if he gives you that I'm happy for you.

It's three in the evening as I'm writing this. I haven't slept in almost twenty-four hours, my nightmares have been returning. I never told you I got them, they just went away with you. I'm trying Lilly. I'm trying so hard. To stay away from you. To not think about you. My life would be much easier if I could move on like you, but I know I can't.

I didn't have a nice new year, I was locked into the basement and given the leftover chicken. I didn't get presents, I got a bruise on my leg and a broken rib.
