CHAPTER - 19

ARIYA

I woke up suddenly by the sound of loud thud coming from the living room.

I quickly got off my bed , I don't even know how I ended up here but it was my least concern right now. I made my way towards living room and I gasped. Everything was scattered around. Show pieces were on the ground, broken. Two men standing at the room door with their back towards me.

I quietly made my way out towards Maya chachi's room but she was nowhere to be found. I looked at the time it was 4 in the morning.

'Where the hell is everyone?'

I tried dialing veer's number but someone snatched my phone from my hand and hit me with something hard on my head.

"Boss , milgyi larki" those were the last words I heard before I fell unconscious.

(Translation- Boss, we found the girl)

AFTER 12 HOURS

I tried opening my eyes, my eyelids felt heavy like concrete bricks. The room was almost dark and unfamiliar , very dull yellow bulb was the only source of light. Soon reality hit me , all the blood was drained from my body.

'I'm kidnapped'

I felt wetness at the back of my shirt when I tried looking what it's from and when I realised what it actually is my body went numb.

'Blood!! Alot of blood running down my back'

I was sobbing hard and only thoughts I was having were about Veer. I don't know if he even knows that I'm kidnapped or is he even okay? I cried and cried for hours until there's no energy left in me and I again felt unconscious.

"Fuck" I groaned because of the pain I was experiencing while doctors did their work on me.

I don't even remember what the heck happened to me only thing I remember was we found that son of bitch and we had him trapped but when we were going back to warehouse to put him, there's a explosion in the car front of us and it did alot of damage to ours too because of how close it was (on purpose).

"Don't put pressure on your wounds atleast for two weeks" I rolled my eyes at doctor and he left.

I looked down at myself, fortunately I didn't broke any bone just scrapped my skin and some of my flesh but I do have some deep cuts on my sides , hands and thighs.

It hurt likes bitch, to be honest I have never felt this type of stinging pain but it's not due to my wounds. This pain is sharp and is raising in my heart. I feel like something is wrong and for some reason I know this pain belongs to my Riya. I hope it's not true and she's safe in our house but if something happened to her I'll burn the whole world down.

My blood was rushing furiously through my veins and I stood up neglecting the pain I felt in my legs and chest just focusing on the pain I felt in my heart.

I made my way out of the private room and saw Chachu and Baba sitting in waiting area with some bandages not as bad as mine, thankfully.

"Veer, tu theek hai na?" Baba rushed towards me and I nodded he hugged me making me wince to which he immediately backed off and I waved my hand as 'it's okay' .

(Translation - Veer are you okay?)

"Baba where's maa , chachi and Riya?" I asked him to which chachu and baba shared a look.

"Baba? What's going on? They are okay na?" I asked again

"Let's go home" chachu said

"Baba tell me what's wrong?" I asked while walking towards the car
